MY COUNSELING APPROACH

I see counseling or psychotherapy as a process for CHANGE rather than merely an exercise in insight. Productive counseling doesn’t just aim to remove symptoms, but addresses the individual as a whole, whose challenges offer opportunity for greater self-awareness, growth and fulfillment.

I provides my clients with practical tools to develop new solutions to the challenges they face while being non-judgmental and supportive.  My passion is helping you become your best self and move you toward the life you aspire, while accepting you where you are. The best part of my job is guiding you, empowering  you and witnessing when you progress and meet your goals!

My approach is solution oriented, while incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques, interpersonal and humanistic psychology, stress management counseling and coaching method.

I  offers practical help, focusing on goals and solutions, while providing skills for fulfilling relationship and healthy living. My counseling  style is collaborative, direct and engaged.

As a psychotherapist, I make my best to guide clients find their inner voice, achieve their goals and live their life to the fullest while liberating them from their internal and external limitations.

My purpose is to create sustainable change in clients' mental state, addressing both cognitive and emotional factors as well as developing skills, behavior and performance to get the ultimate benefit.

I believe that people have the ability to change and that they can reach their potential given the right conditions and that people can be empowered to create the right conditions for themselves.

While no two clients are the same, I have become clearly aware of the common thread that unites us all. Regardless of the clinical setting, client’s income status, education, profession or relationship status, every person wants to succeed, feel loved and valued. Everyone also wants to know that someone is witnessing their life. Everyone needs to know that someone has their back and support them. Ultimately, everyone needs to feel loved.

I feel extremely honored to do the work I do and truly believe that every person deserves to be heard, understood and guided to become their best self.
