On October 23, I see you rethinking how you communicate. Your first instinct is usually to just say what you think other people should hear. But I think by now you also know that your delivery could use some work.
On Friday, being too critical of someone is not going to do you any favors. There's usually a way to get your point across without it being a whole personal attack. Direct is good, Virgo. Unkind not so much.
