Let’s be stronger than our excuses and work our bodies during the quarantine.

As the worldwide pandemic, Coronavirus has confined most of our population to stay inside of our homes one of the most important activities that we as a society love to do is go to the gym. As we think long and hard about how easily this virus can spread, we tend to think about how easily germs are spread while we are at the gym. From towels, the locker rooms and the gym equipment that we use, there are so many ways that we can come into contact with each other’s germs.

While we as a society try to find ways to prevent the COVID-19 virus from spreading, we have to stay safe in our homes in quarantine and practice social distancing.

But what about our summer 2020 bodies?

Spring just started, as have our workouts to get ready for summer, so being stuck at home threw a wrench into a lot of our Spring plans. How can we lose weight or stay fit while we are forced to stay inside?

If you're not able to leave your home or your gym has closed, please remember that you can bring the gym to your home in any way and on any day. There are so many exercise videos on YouTube that cost nothing that you can implement in your home — even if you do not own any gym equipment.

In our new technology age, we can do everything from our homes so we should definitely incorporate healthy living.

Since we are stuck in the house and can’t enjoy the things in life that we are used to doing we have to try to be productive so when we do return to work, we can show off that we used our quarantine time very well. This is our time where we can let our creative juices flow and begin alternative ways to workout.
