Who Is Cardi B's Sister, Hennessy Carolina?

Yet, for all her success in the industry, there's another woman who's coming up fast behind her and looking to, perhaps, topple her off her throne.
And believe it or not, it's her own sister!
But her sister isn't looking to be a rapper — at least not yet.
So who is Cardi B's sister, Hennessy Carolina, and what's she looking to do in the industry?
Let's look at what we know about her.
1. Who is Cardi B's sister, Hennessy Carolina? She's a social media celebrity.
Like her sister, Hennessy Carolina is starting out her career as an Internet celebrity. Her latest video, in fact, was a twerking video, and within minutes of uploading the video, it gained more than 3 million views, and had over 15,000 comments. It even got some support from Cardi B herself, who commented "yaaas!" Carolina has more than 6 million followers on Instagram, as of this writing.
2. She has a girlfriend.
On Valentine's Day, Carolina took to her Instagram to announce that she had a girlfriend, and took her on a 'special date' to White Castle. The girlfriend, who's been identified as Michelle Melo, had been seeing Hennessy for a while now, as they'd been posting photos together as far back as New Year's Eve 2019.
3. And they're very seriously involved.
Even though her girlfriend goes by Michelle Melo on Instagram, her real name is Michelle Diaz, and they're very seriously involved. They're so serious, in fact, that they did a video and photoshoot spread forVogue, in which they talked about their life goals, and what they were doing to celebrate Pride Month. Carolina said that the minute she saw Diaz, she said that it was "her wife." And they met the way most young people do, these days: on Instagram.
4. But they broke up for a brief period of time.
In a post that was subsequently deleted — but captured by another site — back in November 2019, Carolina announced that she was "single" and ready to mingle. That immediately prompted a flurry of fan reactions, and people were wondering what, in fact, was going on with Carolina and Diaz. However, it didn't take long for the couple to announce that they were back together.
5. Carolina has a budding career in fashion.
Carolina also has a series of interests outside of her twerking videos, as well. Last year, the fashion company BooHoo announced that they were partnering with Carolina to release their own capsule collection with the famous hip hop sibling. And, when the capsule was released, it was an immediate hit.
6. Cardi B "absolutely adores" her sister.
When Cardi B was still on Love & Hip Hop: New York, Carolina made a special guest appearance on the show, where she paid her sister — who was then still a rising star — a visit. In the video, which you can see above, Cardi B makes clear that she "absolutely adores" her little sister, and is glad that they're so close.
How sweet! We know that Hennessy Carolina will be just as successful, if not moreso, as her big sister!
