90 Day Fiancé is back with seven new couples this season. The TLC hit show details what it's like for Americans; to bring their foreign fiancés to the U.S. on K1 visas. Once they arrive, they have 90 days to get married before the visa expires.

For Robert and Anny, the visa period will be the first time they have spent extended time together. The Floridian says they met online when a mutual friend introduced him to Anny, who is from the Dominican Republic. They spent six months communicating long-distance before Robert found a way to get to her country for a visit. And even that was a short stop: he was on a cruise and he only had 8 hours in port to get to know her.

That must have been enough for him because he proposed before he got back on the boat. Now, Anny is moving to Florida to follow her heart and step in as a mother figure to Robert's young son.

Are Robert and Anny from 90 Day Fiancé still together? Read on to find out.

1. Who is Robert?

Robert is a 41-year-old dad from Florida. He has been raising his 5-year-old son alone for at least a few years and he says he would like a mother figure in his son's life. Starcasm reports that he also has other children but they don't seem to be featured on the show. He says that a mutual friend first introduced him to Anny and he was captivated by her photos online. In the clips released so far, he talks about how hot he finds her, though he doesn't share a lot about her other qualities.

2. Who is Anny?

At 30 years old, Anny is significantly younger than Robert and she is indeed very beautiful. TLC doesn't give us a lot of background on her so we don't know about her family or what she does for work. It's no secret that Robert has his son Bryson in his life so we can assume she knows she'll be getting an instant family as well as an American husband.

Anny is from the Dominican Republic.

3. Eight-hour relationship

Soapdirt notes that the first time that Robert and Anny met in person was when he stopped off in her hometown while he was on a cruise. He only had a short time to disembark before he needed to be back on the boat so he made the most of it. In the eight hours that he was in port, he managed to meet Anny in person, decide she was the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, and propose marriage to her. It wasn't a well-planned decision, however: he didn't even have a ring with him when he popped the question.

4. Show me the money

The preview clips of these two already show them fighting about the one issue that plagues most couples: money. Anny wants an engagement ring and a big fancy wedding. Robert either won't or can't give her what she wants. He isn't nice about it, either. In one clip he calls her a crybaby who wants everything. She fires back that he should be more enthusiastic about shelling out for a splashy wedding, saying "It’s like one day in your life, one day you get married.”

These two have a lot of drama.

5. Past relationship drama

The fights about wedding planning may not even be the biggest drama these two are going to deal with. Starcasm has found that Robert has a long history of problems with his ex. He called the cops over a domestic disturbance with the mother of his son, wherein she was yelling and breaking things in their home. The officers ultimately arrested her. There are also court documents showing that he owes child support for his older kids. Added to all that he has been arrested multiple times for moving violations — particularly driving without a license — and he has been served with eviction papers more than once. That's a lot of baggage to bring to a relationship with a woman who wants fancy weddings and stuff.

6. Hostile meeting with friends

Anny doesn't seem to be a hit with Robert's friends. In one preview moment, the couple is in a restaurant with two other people and one asks Anny what she would have to pay her to go back to the D.R. She even has her checkbook open on the table when she says it. Anny retorts "He brought me here, not you."

There's a lot piled up against this couple's eventual success so we don't know if they will actually get married or not. The only way to know for sure is to tune in to TLC and see the drama unfold.
