America Meditates On July 24th: What Is It & Where To Find A Local Group

Rather than waiting idly for another tragic shooting of mass catastrophe, the team at America Meditates has a better idea on how to solve the anger problem in our country.

Meditate.

Relaxation with a spiritual approach has been the answer to life's most complicated questions since ancient times. In America, the art of mindfulness is growing in popularity, but not fast enough for people who believe in the power of a good stretch, and empty mind and full heart.

Based on their trust in past research on the positive effects meditation has on a population, America Meditates wants to help people across the country to destress and feel good about life and each other.
