None of us want to have to deal with the bad days in a relationship, and we all want to think that there’s a relationship out there that is nothing but smooth sailing every day.
Unfortunately, that isn’t the case, nor should you hope for a relationship that has no disagreements or problems.
A relationship with absolutely no problems means you and your S.O. never get a chance to work through things together.
Instead, you don’t really know each other as well as you think you do because you’ve never seen each other distressed, frustrated, or downright angry.

How can you ever expect to handle an argument or problem together if you’re always happy and smiley every single day? That can’t be a very healthy relationship, now can it?
Now, this doesn’t mean that you should go looking for a relationship that is based on hate or one where you are constantly arguing with each other every day, either.
The healthiest, happiest relationship is one where there is a good balance between positive experiences you can celebrate together and negative ones you can learn from together.
When the going gets tough in your relationship, the most important thing to remember is that it is you and your S.O. versus the problem – NOT you versus your S.O.
It’s so easy for us to gang up on one another and completely forget what the real issue is. And as for giving up? That’s definitely a no-go if your relationship is important to you.
When I was younger, my solution to dealing with an S.O. who was making me angry or frustrated was to unfollow them on Twitter, delete their number, and pretend like I didn’t even know who they were.

Thankfully, I’ve grown up since then, but there are times when I still have to silence my boyfriend's number when he gets on my nerves. I don’t do this out of spite anymore, but to calm my thoughts until I have a way to articulate how I feel to him.
It’s still a work in progress for me, but I now look for ways to solve the problem at hand, not look for ways to give up on my relationship.
If you have an S.O. who is willing to go to great lengths to show you that they are not going to give up on your relationship, you should take that to heart. It means that you’re worth fighting for – even if there are times when you don’t feel like that’s true.
There are so many reasons not to give up on your relationship. And even when there are times when you’re not really sure what those reasons are, you can at least put up a good fight before calling it quits, am I right? Just remember: It’s you two against the problem.

Aries won’t give up on you because you’re a risk that he’s willing to take. You may not see yourself as a risk or even someone slightly thrilling in the least, but he sees you as someone who gets his heart racing as much as a rollercoaster does.

So why won’t he give up on you if he’s always overthinking his choices? Because you’re the one decision in his life he’s willing to be wrong about.
