Kristen Hancher and Andrew Gregory are officially broken up.
The 19-year old social media influencers announced the break up via, what else, their Instagram stories.
"Our path[s] have crossed, it was wonderful," Kristen said in her Instagram story. "I've learned so much from you and you've learned so much about me. But now it's time for a new chapter. I'll love you forever and always. You'll always have a special place in my heart."
And on his, Andrew wrote a similar sentiment
"Time to start a new chapter it's better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all, you'll always be in my heart forever, my baby it's time to move forward with life and discover myself this breaks my heart..."
In a move straight out of a Friends storyline, these two were apparently on a break, which Kristen had announced on Instagram live, according to Rummler. Ultimately though, the young couple decided to call it quits for good.
Despite the sad news, it appears the two broke things off pretty amicably, with nothing but kind words to say about the other person in their public break-up announcement.
So, why did Kristen Hancher and Andrew Gregory decide to end their relationship?
Based on responses to comments from fans, living together wasn't working for them and they realized it was time to live their own lives. Andrew replied to a fan saying, "we love each other so much and will always be close souls because we grew up together and are best friends but our relationship itself and living together wasn't working, we need to live our own lives now and see for the future, our video will be up soon."
And of course what's a break-up without a little (alleged) drama? Rummler is also reporting that another social media figure may have hooked up with Andrew and Kristen wasn't too thrilled about it based on social media posts.
Either way, Kristen and Andrew will definitely be able to keep busy after their break-up.
Andrew has a YouTube channel that includes all sort of vlog videos, many of which actually include his now ex-girlfriend. In one video, the pair even talks about how they first met. Bittersweet.
Meanwhile, Kristen has a massive online following, with as many as 5.5 million followers on Instagram. Like most social media stars, Hancher also a YouTube channel that features vlogs and makeup tutorials.
And it looks like the social media star is keeping a positive outlook following her break-up with Andrew Gregory. She shared this photo several days ago with the caption, "Just keep smiling and don’t let anyone bring you down."
Time will only tell if Kristen and Gregory will get back together. Hey, it happened for Ross and Rachel right?
In the meantime, fans will have to wait for their video to hear the full details on the break-up.
