Who Is Nick Alliegro? New Details On Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Chelsea's Ex-Husband

getty Who is Nick Allegrio? Oh man, Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea's divorce is getting ugly. The 21-year-old filed for divorce from her husband Nick Alliegro in April. The couple was married for two years. He is 12 years older than her. They met at a Dunkin' Donuts in November 2015 and married in July 2016. Chelsea is now demanding that her soon to be ex return her belongings to her as part of the divorce. There's only one problem: Chelsea is pregnant and the baby isn't Alliegro's!
1. He has her couch
Chelsea filed a lawsuit on October 18th, claiming Alliegro was supposed to give her back her stuff several weeks ago based on a temporary agreement between the two that was laid out in September. Alliegro allegedly owes Rosie's daughter a couch, television stand, pots and pans that were a gift from Rosie's ex Kelli Carpenter and family photos. She is claiming her estranged husband is withholding the items to get back at her. She is alleging that Alliegro told her he would not return her belongings until the divorce is finalized.
2. They married in secret
On July 1, 2016, then 19-year-old Chelsea married 31-year-old Nick Alliegro in a secret ceremony at the Islip Town Hall on Long Island, New York. He is a plumber. They had been dating for eight months after meeting in a Dunkin' Donuts. They married in secret because they were worried about Rosie's reaction. After the ceremony, they went to a local burger joint to celebrate.
3. How did Rosie find out?
Apparently, Rosie only found out her teenaged daughter was married when she called a hospital Chelsea was in over Labor Day weekend 2016. Chelsea had been admitted to the hospital after a neighbor found her disoriented and approaching random people on the street outside her home. She has a psychological evaluation and spent five days in the hospital. Rosie was told that information could only be released to Chelsea's husband.
4. He encouraged her to mend her relationship with Rosie
Chelsea and Nick lived together in Sayville, New York for several months before they got married. It was Nick who encouraged Chelsea to work on her relationship with Rosie because he wanted her to have a sense of family. Chelsea and Rosie were estranged for years. She ran away from home in 2015 when she was 17 and moved in with a man she met on a dating app. Later, she moved to Wisconsin and reconnected with her birth mother.
5. Her pregnancies
In September 2017, Chelsea announced she was pregnant with Alliegro's baby. However, no further update on that pregnancy was ever given. At the same time, she told the Daily Mail that her adoptive mother Rosie O'Donnell will not be in her child's life. She has since reconciled with Rosie and is pregnant again but this time it is not her husband's baby; it is her boyfriend Jacob Bourassa's. Chelsea and Jacob's child is due in January 2019.

6. The next steps
Chelsea isn't just demanding that Alliegro return her belongings. She also wants him to cover her legal fees. She has asked the court find her ex-husband to be in contempt of court. On October 23rd, the court commissioner requested Alliegro appear in the Wisconsin court in person. If he fails to appear, a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
