She looks totally different.

Guests at Gwyneth Paltrow's recent wedding had to do a double take when she walked down the aisle. Were they at the right wedding? The bride resembled Gwyneth, but something about her face was very different. The 46-year-old mother of two got married on September 29th to producer Brad Falchuk and left guests wondering if she'd had a nip and tuck or a full face lift. Was this the skillful work of a top makeup artist or something involving knives and general anesthesia? Did Gwyneth Paltrow have plastic surgery?
1. A Doctor weighs in
Dr. Dave E. David, a cosmetic surgeon in Boston who did NOT treat Gwyneth weighed in on her new face, saying: "It looks like she had some cheek filler and work done. Her nose looks much broader. She also looks like she's had Botox as her left eyebrow is more arched than her right and far more arched than it previously was.
2. Gwyneth is pro-plastic surgery
Back in 2013 when she was 40, Gwyneth remarked in an interview with Harper's Bazaar: "I would be scared to go under the knife, but you know, talk to me when I'm 50. I'll try anything. Except I won't do Botox again because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!"
3. She changed her mind about Botox
By the time Gwyneth turned 45, she was back on the Botox regimen. She has also admitted to using "lasers," peels, microdermabrasion and Thermage skin tightening. She also gets regular facials.
4. Her nose
Check out photos of Gwyneth in the 1990s. Her 20-something nose is very different from the one she had throughout the aughts, which is, in turn, different from the one she has today. The skincareedit.com has a bunch of photos of Gwyneth throughout the decades that point to her use of fillers, Botox, and the evolving shape of her nose. The photo below is from her Oscar win for Shakespeare in Love in 1998. Notice how different her nose looks.
5. Her wedding
Gwyneth married 47-year-old American Horror Story and Glee producer Brad Falchuk in an intimate ceremony in the Hamptons in front of about 75 guests, including Rob Lowe, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden, Steven Speilberg, Robert Downey Jr. and Jerry Seinfeld, who hosted the rehearsal dinner with his wife at their estate.
6. Her new marriage
In an interview with Glamour UK, Gwyneth gushed about her new marriage to Brad Falchuk."It's fantastic. I feel so lucky and I am so grateful. It's different to be in your mid-forties; do it again and bring all your experience, your pain, suffering — everything. It's actually very heartening. I feel very optimistic!"
