Invasion of the Body Snatchers, anyone?

Being the First Lady comes with its own set of responsibilities, but it seems that Melania Trump hasn’t felt fit rising to the occasion. Her “Be Best” campaign — quite frankly — sucks, we rarely see her promoting any kind of programs or public awareness, and her appearances are lacking.
And that might be because the Melania Trump we see isn’t actually Melania Trump. Does Melania Trump have a body double? Well, thanks to the tireless research and prodding of the internet, it appears to be a rumor that's taken wings.
Earlier this week, Melania was seen stepping off the Air Force One with President Trump on a trip to Brussels, but she didn’t quite look like herself:
In a video that surfaced of Trump speaking after exiting Air Force One, he makes sure to say, “My wife, Melania, who happens to be right here...” Was he saying this to fight off the media who are concerned about her whereabouts?
Peep the bangs and face shape, in particular. Her lips, face, and nose look nothing like the First Lady’s, and she makes sure to keep her dark sunglasses on the entire time. Is the body double trying to cover the fact that she isn’t really Melania?
Has someone been taking her place over the last few months? We haven’t really seen her since April, right before her staff made an announcement that she had an embolization procedure to treat a kidney condition, and later, a kidney surgery. And on June 4th when she made an appearance to honor military Gold Star families, the internet wasn’t convinced that it was actually her.
Whereas there would be photos of the First Lady posing next to the president, there were only photos taken from a distance, and she was barely visible among the audience.
It seems quite suspicious that even the press doesn’t have photos of Melania actually being there.
Before this event on June 4th, Melania responded to the comments about her lack of public appearances, saying, “Rest assured, I'm here at the @WhiteHouse w my family, feeling great, & working hard on behalf of children and the American people!” Maybe she’s at the White House resting, while her body double makes it possible to avoid the public eye?
But while there are rumors about a body double, she did make a huge appearance with the now infamous “I really don't care. Do u?” jacket.
