When you are proposed to, it will be one of the most romantic moments in your life. You will feel shock, elation, and perhaps even a little trepidation at the mere fact of that those three words, "Will you marry me?" are asked of you. It will be a moment you cannot forget.
In the meantime though, you're wondering when your significant other will finally pop the question! Is marriage even on their mind? Are they just really talented at keeping secrets?
It turns out, astrology can help you find answers to his marriage intentions. You see, each zodiac sign has their telltale signs of planning a major surprise, such as a party— or a proposal including how he might ask you to be his wife.
From mysterious receipts for the local jewelry store, to questions about what you want for your future as a couple, everyone has a giveaway.

CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)
People born under this sign are logistical geniuses, so you’ll likely notice that some considerable planning is taking place. Is your partner often working on “the budget” or researching jewelry stores “to get a gift” for someone, despite Mother’s Day being several months in the future? These are the classic signs of a Capricorn proposal.
AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)
Your aloof and independent Aquarian will likely be taking more time alone to plan their proposal to you, but their tendency to be scatterbrained almost guarantees you’ll find clues. Did you find out about a restaurant reservation they haven’t brought up yet? Have you found a mysterious receipt from a suspect store? If so, this may be the lead up to your big moment.
PISCES (February 19 - March 20)
Has your significant other been significantly more lovey-dovey? Well, that’s what you ought to expect when a Pisces proposal is coming up. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Your beloved Taurus is extremely reliable, so you can trust their proposal will have every element it should, like surprise and romance. All of their planning might look like them working late, shopping online without showing you the screen, and other such secretive behaviors. Other than the secrecy there won’t be many hints though, unless you catch them in a planning act.
GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
The indecisive Gemini has been arguing with themselves nonstop about taking your relationship to the next level, and by the time they’ve decided to make you their betrothed, you won’t have a clue because of all the mixed signals (sorry!).
CANCER (June 21 - July 22)
Your significant other is already emotional and spends a lot of time daydreaming if they’re a Cancer, but expect that to magnify when they begin planning to propose to you. As usual, it’s the lion’s pride that will give them away. They’ll strut right through to the wedding day’s end as long as you don’t ruin their surprise for you.
VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)
Virgos are as detail-oriented in their relationships as they are in their work, so expect a lot of questions about proposal elements. You’ll no doubt get questions about jewelry cuts, the most and least romantic movie moments, and requests to keep one day or another on your schedule open.
LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
If a Libra is going to propose, all of their friends know about it. Libras hate being alone and love to share what’s happening in their lives. So, your hints will most likely come from your significant other’s friends and family. Even if nobody has a major slip up, the protective ones will ask about your commitment, and the starry-eyed ones will ask what kind of wedding dress you would want to wear, “if” you were getting married.
SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)
Distrust is a default for the Scorpio, so they’ll be extra careful about hiding the ring, and any information about the proposal. To be honest, this may be the one sign who will refuse to give you a sign.
SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
You’ve got a jokester on your hands with a Sagittarius, so their humor will probably be your proposal clue. They’ll be joking about marriage and further commitment all throughout planning the proposal, even though they do take it just as seriously as you’d hope.
