Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few years you recall Harambe, the gorilla who was shot dead at the Cincinnati Zoo in an attempt to save a child who had fallen inside the gorilla's enclosure. A video of Harambe picking up the young toddler and bringing him down to the water in his exhibit was captured before zookeeper's shot him dead.
Harambe was immediately mourned and people were SHOOK. Many felt justice needed to be served for the killing of him and some blamed the neglect of the parents of the three-year-old boy who climbed over the gate for the cruelty that Harambe suffered. Harambe quickly became the most popular gorilla to ever live.
Memes for "Dicks out for Harambe" immediately became the trendy Internet craze, which is widely attributed to Brandon Zaboklicki, 22 and Brandon Wardell, 24 who started the meme.
