It takes a lot to bring them down.

Sometimes you have to wonder how some people always seem to be in a good mood. Is everything in their lives perfect, or do they just choose to be happy all the time? Maybe they stumbled across a really uplifting horoscope, or perhaps they are just optimistic about life.
Either way, for the upbeat zodiac signs, does astrology have something to do with them being in a good mood all the time? And if so, which signs have the kind of upbeat personality that lends itself to being cheerful?
When you’re somebody who has more good days than bad, it doesn't mean that you are completely untouched by the sad, negative things that happen all the time in the real world; you just choose to see things optimistically. You have hope that things will get better.
There are times when focusing on the small things and finding joy in them are the best ways to center ourselves and feel good. Taking good care of ourselves can affect how we feel. If you exercise daily, get enough sleep, and avoid stress as much as possible, you have a cheerier outlook on life.
Sometimes all you need is to feel grateful for what you have and to give yourself a positive perspective. Because when you're in a good mood, good things are attracted to you.
1. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarians know that it's important to be spontaneous and open to the possibilities. When you're always looking forward, it easy to be optimistic and happy. Whenever Sagittarius starts to feel down, they try something new or make a new friend.
Sagittarius are often in a good mood because of how open they are to experiences. If they need to change their outlook, they'll change their location and do something they've never done before.
2. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries individuals tend to keep their bodies moving, and this gets their endorphins going, which help to boost their mood. Aries also try not to worry too much about the small things or the things they can't change, avoiding a lot of frustration and negative feelings.
They don't take things too personally and if something negative happens they don't hang on to it. For example, if an Aries makes a mistake at work, they learn from it and move on; they don't beat themselves up about it.
3. LEO (July 23 - August 22)
Leo always finds something to be grateful for and knows that they're very lucky. Leos always have friends, family, and admirers who support and love them. Leos are the type of people who walk into a coffee store and by the time they walk out with their beverage, they've made friends with the barista.
Leos have an inner core of sunshine and they seem to shine wherever they go. They will take a moment to practice gratitude, and just by doing that, they're more often than not in a great mood. Sometimes if a Leo just smiles, it will put them in a good mood.
4. LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)
Libras tend to make a conscious choice to be in a good mood. They don't enjoy being in a negative space and would prefer not to be unhappy. They focus on the small things that make them happy and often times that has something to do with their environment.
If Libra is starting to feel sad, they'll buy themselves some flowers and put them in a pretty vase. They know if one is in a bright, cheerful space, it's much more difficult to feel sulky and irritable.
5. GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)
Geminis definitely have moods, but Gemini expresses whatever they're feeling. If they're unhappy or angry, they get it out of their system. Once they've had their cry-fest or punched a hole in the wall, they feel better and are able to look at the positives of their life.
Geminis also have the ability to make almost anything fun, so it's challenging for anything to bring them down. Yes, Geminis can make waiting in traffic fun by listening to a book on tape or singing along to their favorite music.
