It’s the culture we live in. When it comes to fear, that’s actually more of a human instinct than a societal one. We see people around us (some closer to home than others) who fail, whether it’s in their career, relationship or overall livelihood.
As a result, on average most of us do everything within our power to prevent experiencing that same outcome. Whether it’s within the realm of the law or outside of the law, people do some crazy things to avoid failure.
When it comes to what makes us happy and finding true love, it’s also the culture. However, this is more societal than anything. Things that fall into that category include money, a woman with a very in shape body, a man who’s over six feet tall, a partner who makes over six figures etc. We get these ideas not only from people in our own personal lives but also in Hollywood. This also is evident when it comes to true love.
Movies and shows constantly jam ideas down our throat about how we should find true love when in reality very little about Hollywood is real. However, because we put so much emphasis on and praise into how things happen on the big screen, we believe their lives can be our lives.
With that being said we only set ourselves up for disappointment by doing this. Sorry to burst your bubble, I know that last one is something a lot of us think about. How to find true love and win over the guys and girls we want most. The sad truth is a lot of people are lonely in this world so they want to love.
Well, for a more realistic how-to of finding it, instead of looking to Hollywood, look to your zodiac sign. Believe it or not, each horoscope has a certain formula that you can follow in order to win them over, using astrology.
1. ARIES (March 21 - April 19)
Aries are very affectionate people, so they’ll like if you reciprocate that energy by flirting with them a lot. Also, it’s crucial that you’re open about your feelings. They appreciate that. Lastly, they’re known as adventurers so don’t become predictable to them or you’ll be just like everybody else.
2. TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)
Physicality is very important to the Taurus horoscope, since they’re very sensual, so you’ll want to get touchy feely with them, and be cool with them being touchy feely with you.
