New Details About The 'Melrose Place' Star Accused Of Giving A 16-Year-Old Boy Crystal Meth And Sexually Assaulting Him
Jamie Luner is being sued by a man who claims she assaulted him in 1998.
Actress Jamie Luner has been sued for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy.
According to the lawsuit, a man named Anthony Oliver claims that back in 1998, he met the Melrose Place star at a party she threw to celebrate the success of her television show. He said he was invited because the actress' makeup artist knew his brother.
Oliver said that when Luner, now 46, first met him, she called him "adorable" and asked if he wanted a drink.
She then had the makeup artist pour him a Jack and coke even though he was underage.
For the next three hours, Oliver said they drank and talked before going into Luner's bedroom. It was there that she pulled a small plastic bag of crystal meth from her purse.
According to Oliver, after she took it out, Luner offered him some and said: "It's going to make you real horny."
He told her he didn't want to take meth and asked for two Tylenol pills instead. He believes they were laced with crystal meth because shortly after taking them, he started to feel dizzy and began to get sexually aroused.
The makeup artist told Luner to go into her room and put on her kitty cat outfit. Oliver said she then started removing his belt and underwear while licking and kissing his face, neck, and body.
He said she then performed oral sex on him before having sex with him multiple times.
Oliver went on to say that his brother left the party, but came back and recorded Luner and him having sex. He says the experience messed up his life and caused him to become an alcoholic.
The lawsuit says that Oliver was "left not knowing if he is attracted to men, women or both." It also states that several young men went to the police with sexual assault claims against Luner, and two of then accused her of giving them drugs to make it happen.
He's seeking $250 million for alleged inappropriate behavior. Luner's rep called the allegations "completely unfounded."
"All of these allegations are completely unfounded and we believe part of a targeted extortion scheme… Anthony Oliver has a history of filing lawsuits, and has filed 27 federal lawsuits in the past 8 years."
