In the second episode of season 3 of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Kimmy takes a career aptitude test. For Kimmy, the test says that the perfect job for her is crossing guard and while Kimmy loves that idea, she doesn't let the test limit herself.
There are times that we get stuck on the idea of a job and never try to do anything else. We get comfortable and secure. It’s much easier to stay at a job you don't love that still gives you a steady paycheck than venture out and try something new.
You may know exactly what kind of career is best for you and you may have had all the training and schooling that you needed to land a job in that field. But could you be overlooking some of your hidden talents and abilities?
The character Kimmy Schmidt would probably be a great crossing guard but she’d also be a great waitress, actress, or tour guide. Everyone has endless possibilities of the things that they can do to earn money.
The problem is we can get stuck in thinking that we’re only suited to one kind of job and we narrow down our vision of our future.
There may be jobs and careers that you’d be amazing at that you’ve never even considered. Maybe you thought that you didn't have the skills or the temperament needed, or perhaps you believed that the job was too out of reach for you.
There are times when we have to have faith that we’re capable of all kinds of things and that, if we fail, we’ll learn from our mistakes. You may not be instantly good at a job but if you have the ability, you can learn to be great at it through study and training.
If you’ve never heard of a gig where you pet kittens all day, you might not ever know what kind of job you'd love. Here are the best careers for the zodiac signs.
ARIES (March 21 - April 19)

You're ambitious and have the drive to meet your goals and to aim higher. Obviously, since you have zero patience, jobs like painting, factory work, filing, and banking aren't suitable jobs for you. But you might be surprised to learn that you'd actually be good at politics, real estate, business development manager, entrepreneur, and CEO. You're good at making things happen and taking charge when they do.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)

You can be a very hard worker except when you're not. You love your material items and you need to have the cash to buy them so that usually motivates you to get your ass out of bed and on to work. You don't enjoy jobs that have elements of surprise to them such as being a stockbroker or a neurosurgeon. You've got more than enough patience, so you'd be good starting a business and putting in the long hours to nurture its growth. Your unexpected careers might be an art gallery owner, interior designer, makeup artist, baker, and filmmaker.
