40 Gandhi Quotes That Will Change The Way You See The World

Love, Quotes

The BEST Quotes from the wisest man who ever lived.

Adulting is HARD! They always say school teaches you the life skills you need to stay on track and be a decent human being; I don’t know who “they” are but no one has ever been more wrong.

I’m proud of the fact I know my alphabet (thank you Mrs. Robinson, but I still need to recite the song in order for me to figure out the sequence  old habits die hard, I guess), but she never taught me how to handle a backstabbing friend (I’m looking at YOU, Sandy who stole my crackers when I wasn’t looking!), or heartbreak so deep, it cuts through you like a knife.

Life is a constant learning experience, and through our struggles, we learn to cope with what we’re given.

Okay, I’m a big fat liar  sometimes we learn, sometimes we repeat the same damn mistakes over and over again. But we’re human, and it’s natural to want to keep trying at something we so desperately want, whether it’s a friendship, love, career, or motherhood. No one has a Mr. Feeny from Boy Meets World as their neighbor disbursing life coaching sessions within a 22 minute frame of time, though I always wished I did.

People make mistakes  lots of them! I do, and I know you do, too. No one is perfect, except maybe Bradley Cooper (HAWT!) But even he makes mistakes here and there (HELLO Hangover 2 and 3!)

What I’m trying to say is: life isn’t easy. We aren’t handed an instructional manual and not everyone has the answers we seek. But luckily, you have us!

When you need some inspiration, motivation, or just a reminder that the world can be made simple with just a few breaths and some kindness, look to these quotes from one of the best life leaders of our time, Mahatma Gandhi.
