Last night, Durex rolled out the red carpet to celebrate 'The Liberating Side Of Being Together' — a campaign that YourTango is proud to be a partner of! The swanky event took place at the Dream Downtown hotel in New York's Meatpacking district, where Durex contructed a 'Sexploration Spa' complete with complimentary hand massages (it was as amazing as it sounds). Of course, the party attracted a bevy of hot reality stars, from the stunning Joanna Krupa to the first-ever Dancing With The Stars winner, Kelly Monaco.
But the celeb we were most excited to get our paws on was host Jenny McCarthy, who did not disappoint in a sexy, slouchy black mini and sky-high animal-print pumps (rawr). Take it from us: This woman is seriously hot. We are also impressed with Jenny's down-to-earth, approachable brand of sexy — it was clear to us why Durex chose her as the hostess with the mostest (sex appeal, that is). Luckily, we were able to grab last night's 'It' girl for some quick girl talk, and here's what she had to say:
YourTango: So, tonight is all about what YourTango and Durex refer to as 'sexploration.' What does sexploration mean to you?
Jenny McCarthy: Sexploration for me is when you find someone who is only into you — and someone who makes you feel really sexy, you feel confident enough in bed to kind of introduce new toys, introduce your fantasies to them … so to me, the more you fall in love, the more you can sexplore.
YT: What would you say to a guy if he scoffed at your sexual fantasies?
JM: I would have to a) see if my fantasy were unrealistic, and is it something that would turn off anybody, and b) if it is a realistic fanatsy, question [whether your partner] is the right person [for you].
YT: Let's talk about sexploration when it comes to sleepwear. What should a woman wear to bed to keep things steamy in her relationship? In fact, what do you wear?
JM: Well, I don't think flannel pajamas ever turned on a guy. I would probably wear a nightie. Something that's comfortable, like Splendid, if I were to name a brand. I wouldn't want to look like I'm trying, but it could definitely go there. And easy access!
YT: Easy access! I like that. So is there any love on the horizon for you?
JM: Not yet! I'm loving myself ... and my son.
YT: Before you go, can you please tell us: What is your secret for looking so fantasically sexy?
JM: Well, I don't think so! But wearing black and anything stretchy with heels does a lot of good.
