About Sarah Jones
Her whole life, Sarah Jones has loved smart introverted men. Her fascination with the engineering mind led her to create Introverted Alpha, which applies a linear, logical approach to dating and attraction.
Sarah deeply enjoys analyzing the nebulous world of women and chemistry and translating it into scientific sequences and frameworks for her readers, students, and clients.
Through integrating her material, smart introverted men everywhere are becoming benevolent badasses and attracting quality women with ease. Even when men come to Sarah inexperienced and unsure, she consistently and powerfully helps them find their groove with women.
Her clients truly become irresistible and experience a genuine openness and desire from beautiful, warm, loving, intelligent women that most men don’t even believe is possible. Not only has Sarah proven that it possible, it is happening continually and increasingly at Introverted Alpha.
It is commonplace among Sarah’s clients and students for women to approach them, ask to dance with them, kiss them, and want to date and eventually begin relationships with them.
Sarah grew up in a quaint suburb outside Birmingham, Alabama, where she started tutoring children and adults at the early age of fourteen, volunteering at an inner city school called MacElwain Elementary.
Loving the special bond she felt with her tutoring clients, she continued tutoring privately for eleven years. Her philosophy was always to gently and encouragingly build confidence in her students, letting academic success be a natural and inevitable by-product of that.
In that regard, it foreshadowed the coaching she does today, in which she helps men increase their confidence, allowing attraction to be a natural byproduct.
In the midst of her tutoring, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Auburn University in 2007 with an art degree. She began selling her art in 2009, aiming for a career as an artist. As she began building that, she noticed that what truly inspired her was hearing from her newsletter subscribers how much her paintings and writings inspired them in their personal lives.
Realizing that helping people create real and lasting change was way more fulfilling and appealing for her than pursuing the art world, she enrolled in iPEC Coaching, where she became a Professional Certified Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
After graduation from iPEC in 2013, she joined a dating coaching company where she was Head Coach, building a coaching team and learning the ropes in teaching single men dating and attraction skills.
While there, she discovered that smart introverted men were her favorites to work with, and they also got the best results with her coaching.
As she made her foray into the dating world, she realized that most of the advice out there is geared towards more extroverted, gregarious men – or men that think they have to be like that to succeed at dating.
She was outraged. The way she saw it, introverted men are already wonderfully sexy just as they are. She personally has always preferred introverted men: so mysterious and thoughtful.
These men already have the raw materials they need to attract quality, beautiful women. They just need to learn how to turn up the dial on their best qualities, while learning basic dating and attraction skills that suit their unique personality and preferences.
That’s why she founded Introverted Alpha: to teach these smart introverted men another way that’s more intuitive, gentle, respectful, fun, and way more effective than trying to piece together random PUA tactics that make them feel like creeps. No need!
When they learn what is already amazing about them, they start to see, “Wow, I DO have what it takes to attract women naturally. I just didn’t realize it before.”
In order to make a business dedicated to helping these men, Sarah learned online business skills from Ramit Sethi in his Zero To Launch program and founded Introverted Alpha in Summer 2014.
Since the launch of Introverted Alpha, Sarah has been published on Cosmo, Business Insider, The Good Men Project, LifeHack, and others. She now lives in San Francisco, California.
