About Dr. Jennelle

As a PhD Psychologist and Relationship Advisor specializing in nontraditional relationships and family structures (i.e.,  female same-sex couples, divorced/remarried couples, and blended families), I offer support, guidance, and advice on the matters of the heart that matter most to you, helping you navigate through all of life’s unexpected turns. I focus on the partnership, helping relationships thrive throughout all of their big change of heart transitions (e.g., divorce, blending families, career and financial shifts, sexual identity struggles, etc.). Life is ever-evolving and it’s my job to make sure your relationship evolves along with it.

I received my doctorate of philosophy in psychology in 2012 from Northeastern University after ten years of studying psychology. My undergraduate work and dissertation focused on the investigation of mental health related behaviors in adults and children. I have taught abnormal psychology at the university level multiple times in addition to acting as an advisor to undergraduate students. Following my graduate work, I focused primarily in the physical health space; guiding others to reach their wellness goals through teaching nutrition courses, weight loss counseling, and fitness. I currently specialize in helping female same-sex couples embrace the big changes that come with choosing to live for love.

I am a co-parent of three amazing children (twin sons – The Tinies, and a daughter – The Little) and together we share our lives in a beautiful home just 20 minutes from the ocean with my partner-in-love. I am a cultivator of harmony and enjoy spending time with family and friends, relaxing outdoors in the sunshine over delicious food and beverage… just as much as I enjoy exercising with a soulmate workout, finding new tools to make my life more efficient, and learning from mentors who continually help me to *be better*.
