About Ingrid Helander

I'm a marriage and family therapist who helps hardworking adults who suffer from chonic anxiety, worry & stress resolve their self-criticism & doubts so they can live with confidence and clarity. I have nearly 20 years of clinical experience working with people of all ages. I specialize and have trained in Internal Family Systems Levels 1, 2 & 3, and Intimacy from the Inside Out© Couples Therapy, Polyvagal Theory (Rhythm of Regulation with Deb Dana) and Yoga (200 hour YTT).

I bring a holistic approach to client wellness to the convenience of online coaching.
