People With A Low Mental & Emotional Vibe Usually Say 8 Phrases In Everyday Conversation
Krakenimages | Shutterstock Some people bring down the vibe without even realizing it. These low-vibration people don't understand how they come across and usually can't even see how draining their energy can be.
While we can't control how they feel all the time, it's important for everyone to be aware of how our energy affects others and even our own lives. By avoiding these common low-vibration phrases, these people can start shifting their energy. The rest of us can learn how to avoid becoming low-vibe ourselves or being around people like this.
8 phrases people with a low mental and emotional vibe say in everyday conversation that bring others down:
1. 'I could care less'

Some people try to make themselves seem more high-vibe than they actually are and in the moment, they believe the words they're saying, even when it's "I'm not worried about it" or "I couldn't care less". Whether they'd admit it or not, the truth is, very few people are actually unfazed by what others think, so it comes off as false or even sarcastic.
Human beings are social creatures. This is why it's lowkey weird to utter this phrase. Not only is it disingenuous, but it lowers the mood unnecessarily because other people find it so suspicious.
2. 'I don't owe anyone anything'

Few things are more low-vibe than someone who thinks they accomplished 100% of their goals and got everything they needed and wanted solely because of their own hard work. Nobody is an island, everyone had help and support from someone.
Sorry, but it's low-vibe to utter this phrase. It doesn't matter how true you think it may be. It's disrespectful in any context because everyone is owed at least basic human courtesy (and kindness is very high-vibe!).
3. 'I told you so'

We've all heard of sore losers, but you can also be a sore winner.
Just because you were right doesn't mean you need to gloat. Even if they think they're being silly, laughing at someone's misfortune isn't just immature, it's rude too.
If it isn't helpful, people who are low-vibe and trying to raise their vibration should keep their victories to themselves unless they can share them kindly with people who will be happy for them, not shamed.
Even if the other person seems to deserve it, low-vibe people should strive to be the bigger person. By giving others grace, they'll find that bridging gaps rather than creating them is much more satisfying.
4. 'Did I ask?'

There's never a reason to be disrespectful. Especially when someone is offering an opinionor trying to be helpful, snapping at them for no reason isn't cool. Not only does it show immaturity, but disrespect can lead to more aggression than it's worth. This is why people should take, "Did I ask?" out of their vocabulary unless they're ready to rumble.
It doesn't matter how bad a day someone is having. If it isn't helpful, don't say it. Relationships are fragile and require consideration to keep them moving. So, be wary of what you say. Unless you want to be low-vibrational, folks should think twice before letting their anger get the better of them.
5. 'You can't trust anybody'

Do people suck sometimes? Absolutely. It doesn't matter who it is. Friends and family alike may someday disappoint you. But while disappointment hurts, this doesn't mean people can't be trusted and they wanted to harm you in any way. In the same way others give you grace, it's important to extend that same courtesy.
Yet, for those who are low-vibrational, they don't know how and, sadly, they keep heaping on the bad vibes when they say sweeping, negative things like this.
6. 'Must be nice'

Jealousy is a normal human emotion. As much as it's low-vibration, everyone experiences it from time to time. But while jealousy may be normal, how we respond to our envy or jealousy says a lot about our character. Especially when responding to someone else's wins, people who say, "must be nice," are spreading bad vibes.
There's nothing wrong with feeling upset. However, tearing down others just because you feel bad about yourself isn't okay. Rather than blaming others, people should learn to process their emotions and heal them rather than externalize them. That way, they can genuinely celebrate people's wins without allowing their insecurities to get the better of them. And that is a very high-vibrational process.
7. 'Here we go again'

Yes, it's okay to feel annoyed at someone. When people bring drama, internally rolling one's eyes doesn't make someone a bad person. Still, just because they're annoyed doesn't mean they should respond rudely. If someone is truly setting you off, you can always walk away.
It doesn't need to be theatrical. Setting boundaries is pretty easy. Once someone brings up a subject that makes you uncomfortable, the only thing you need to say is, "I don't have the emotional capacity to discuss this with you right now."
8. 'They're just jealous'

Are there people out there who are genuinely jealous of you? Probably. As determined above, jealousy is normal. The problem is that low-vibration use it like a weapon. Only trying to make themselves feel good; they aren't afraid to disrespect you to boost their own ego. But while this is the case for some people, it isn't the case for all.
Not everyone who criticizes or critiques you is doing so out of jealousy. Many are just trying to be helpful. This is why saying, "They're just jealous," is immature and low-vibrational and it deflects any responsibility for negativity outward.
