Hi, I'm Becky Smith, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with over 15 years of experience in health & wellness and most of my adult life working towards being my own "Personal Best". As someone who has personally overcome numerous health and life challenges, I am able to share my knowledge and experience, along with what I have learned from many other health and wellness experts, to help you learn what works for you so you can fulfill your personal best.
With the focus on you and what you want to achieve, I will listen and work with you to understand what matters to you, what is it you are seeking in life and offer a sounding board on the best way to get there.
I live in Frisco, Texas with my husband and our dog Sophie, an active 5 year old mini-lab. We enjoy working out, live music, cooking, dancing, hiking, photography, movies and art.
