I have a holistic psychotherapy practice in Jupiter, Florida. I create a space for healing, which encourages individuals and couples to overcome obstacles and improve their lives. I used clinically proven evidenced based interventions along with eastern practices and philosophies. As a practitioner I have used many of these interventions in my own life and in the life of my clients with great success. I have been in private practice since 2011 and have worked with hundreds of individuals, couples and groups. I have certifications in CBC, EMDR, TIR, meditation, breath work and reiki. I am a licensed clinical social worker. My education has directed me to have a client-centered approach and look at the client and the environment interaction. The mind, body, and spirit are addressed in order to help the client find balance and better manage their lives I commonly treat anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma and life coaching. I believe there are no problems to big or small.
