Chris Brown's personal life is never anything but messy. The singer has had a tumultuous dating history that includes accusations of domestic violence levied against him by Rhianna and a restraining order taken out by Karrueche Tran when she found out that he had gotten his side-chick, Nia Guzman, pregnant.

Guzman eventually gave birth to daughter Royalty who is now five years old. Tran also claimed the singer had threatened to kill her. Later, he was dating model Indymarie, who broke things off when she found out he had gotten his ex, Ammika Harris, pregnant.

But neither Brown nor Harris ever officially confirmed anything about the pregnancy or the baby who was born back in November.

Now rapper Swae Lee, who has worked with Brown and French Montana on a new song, is basically confirming that Brown and Harris for sure had a baby, bringing the number of kids Brown has fathered up to two!

Who is Swae Lee and did he, in fact, confirm that Chris Brown has a second child with ex-girlfriend Ammika Harris?

1. Who is Swae Lee? He wrote songs you definitely know.

Even if the name Swae Lee isn't familiar to you, his music will be. He co-wrote Beyonce's massive hit "Formation" in 2017 under his given name Khalif Brown. He was nominated for a Grammy for Best Song for that single. He also collaborated with Post Malone on the song "Sunflower" that was featured in 2019's Spiderman: Into The Spiderverse.

The California native has been writing and performing music since he was in high school when he and his brother Slim Jxmmi and local rapper Lil Pantz teamed up as Dem Outta St8 Boyz. He and his brother went on to get a record deal in 2013, calling themselves Rae Sremmurd, and have released three albums together: SremmLife, SremmLife 2, and SR3MM.

In the years following that, he collaborated with list of major music stars that include Wiz Kalifa, Future, The Weeknd, Madonna, and Drake. He dropped his first solo album Swaecation in 2018.

2. Lee has been working with French Montana and Chris Brown.

One of Lee's recent projects has been a track on French Montana's new album. The rapper, who once dated Khloe Kardashian, released his third studio album titled Montana this month. Lee and Brown appear on the song "Out of Your Mind."

The album is getting a great buzz and had already gone gold within a few days of release. The audio track Montana released of the song on his YouTube channel has over 800,000 views already.

3. Now, Lee is spilling secrets about Chris Brown.

When reporters caught up with Lee at the Variety Hitmakers Brunch, they asked him for inside dish on working with Chris Brown to which Lee reportedly said, "I’m sure he’s a great dad. I haven’t experienced him with his kids. He’s a good dude.”

Normally, a guy saying his colleague is a great dad is no big deal, but in this case, Lee said one word that seemed to confirm a major plot point about Chris Brown's life, namely the word "kids," confirming that Brown does, in fact, have more than one kid.

4. It's public knowledge Chris Brown has a daughter named Royalty.

It's no secret Chris Brown has one daughter. Royalty is five years old and her mom is Brown's ex, Nia Guzman. Brown and Guzman have been in and out of court over child support over the past few years.

In 2018, Guzman hired Lisa Bloom to represent her in a suit to get Brown to increase his child support from about $2500 per month to $21,000 per month. Guzman claimed in court she wanted to be able to take her daughter to Six Flags and Legoland, but her own meager income, even combined with what Brown had initially been paying, wasn't enough to cover her cost of living plus extras.

While Brown ultimately didn't object to stepping up for his daughter's well-being, he wasn't so sure that Guzman needed five-figures each month to indulge a child's whims. His counter filing in the court battle read “providing a 4-year-old with everything she demands could be harmful and is not in her best interest,” which is pretty responsible parenting all told.

They ultimately agreed to a new child support package, but the number was never disclosed.

5. Brown never confirmed he was expecting a baby with Ammika Harris.

In June 2019, there were reports that Ammika Harris was expecting a baby with Brown but neither of them ever came right out and confirmed the rumors.

One reason for Brown wanting to keep the news quiet was that he wasn't really in a relationship with Harris at the time. Brown had been dating Indymaire at the time Harris got pregnant, and when she found out about it, she kicked Brown to the curb, though they did reunite a few months later.

The status of Brown's relationship with Harris, aside from being intimate enough to conceive a baby, has always been fuzzy. They were spotted out together multiple times in 2019, but they never really defined what was going on between them and neither of them spoke publicly about the pregnancy.

Considering that all the messy drama with girlfriends and baby mamas was happening at the same time that Brown was being accused of aggravated rape in France, confirming a pregnancy might just have slipped the singer's mind, if that's even possible.

Is Chris Brown looking at his new baby in this photo?

In November, Brown got tongues wagging when he posted a photo of himself with just the date "11-20-2019" in the caption. The black and white photo showed him looking downward and smiling, almost as if he was gazing at a new baby. The date was widely assumed to be the day the baby arrived.

On the same day, Ammika Harris wrote, “I was in love, when I first saw you” in a now-expired Instagram story. After that, crickets. Neither Brown nor Harris has ever officially confirmed that the baby really arrived, and there isn't a single baby picture on either of their Instagram accounts.

Royalty makes appearances on Brown's feed, so it isn't like he's categorically opposed to sharing photos of his kids. But Harris is a different mom and maybe she has different rules about kids and social media.

7. Chris Brown finally debuts the new baby.

After all the chatter about the baby this week, Brown finally decided to throw fans a line and post a photo of the newborn. Well, a partial photo. The singer put a pic on his Instagram of the baby's tiny little foot and his own hand up on Instagram. He also shared his new son's name. "AEKO CATORI BROWN," is all the caption says.  Now we know for sure that little Aeko has arrived and his parents are protecting his privacy for the moment.
