Instagram Paris and Nicky Hilton's brother Barron Hilton II married German/American socialite Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff in June 2018 and now they've just announced that they are expecting their first child together. Of course, the high society couple did it in grand style by announcing their exciting news during New York Fashion Week! Tessa took to Instagram to share the news.
She wrote: “We’re having a baby!!!!!!!!!!!!! This feels like an absolute dream! I cannot even begin to express how much love and adoration I have for this man,” Tessa gushed underneath a photo of her and Barron mid-smooch. She continued, “And to think that we are now creating a beautiful little miracle between the two of us simply blows my mind. We already have so much love for you baby and we cannot wait to welcome you in our arms with hugs, kisses and smiles. This is the most precious gift of all. Our whole world is glowing!”
Who is Tessa Gräfin von Walderdorff?
1. How did they meet?
Barron, 29, and Tessa, 25, met in 2016 on the French Caribbean island of St. Barts. That's also where they got married in 2018 and where Tessa's parents married 30 years ago. Guess what? That's also where the future Hilton heir was conceived.

Well of course Barron married a Countess, that makes sense. Tessa was born in New York City on February 20, 1994. Her father, Count Franz von Walderdorff, is a photographer and artist. Her mother is artist Anna-Sabrina Brühwiler.
3. Her career
Tessa is a model and real estate broker. She formerly worked as an actress and a DJ. She was also a writer for the German fashion and lifestyle magazine I Love You. She is a salesperson for Hilton and Hyland, a real estate firm owned by her father-in-law Richard Hilton and Jeffrey Hyland.
4. Head over heels
This baby news is just the icing on the cake of the sweet love story between Barron and Tessa. The couple is prone to sentimental posts on Instagram. Back in April 2019, Barron shared an older photo of his wife — in fact, it was the first photo he ever took of her back when they met in 2016. He wrote: “Around this time I was very lost… late nights, bad habits, toxic people – dazed and confused inside a vapid and hollow world… It was just our second encounter, but she brought me this instant sense of security in a sea of familiar strangers. Darkness and ego was swimming all around us, but in this very moment it was just me and her: the beginning of our narrative.”
5. Due date?
The latest Hilton heir is expected to make his or her debut in spring 2020. The news was a surprise as no baby bump was visible when Tessa made an appearance at Kyle Richards' runway show at New York Fashion Week on September 8. She also attended the Diesel Red Tag x A-Cold-Wall show the next day and the Alice + Olivia show, where she posed for pics with her sisters-in-law, Paris and Nicky Hilton.
6. A Hilton heir
Barron and Tessa's future child will join Nicky Hilton and James Rothschild's kids Lily Grace Victoria Rothschild and Teddy Rothschild as the newest generation of heirs to the Hilton hotel fortune.
