Talk about bad timing!

Talk about bad timing! Carmelo Anthony was caught, well not exactly with his pants down, but cavorting on a yacht with another woman who is not his wife. To add insult to injury, the photos surfaced on La La Anthony's birthday! Seriously, Carmelo — what were you thinking? For what it's worth, the former NBA star is denying stepping out on his wife. La La doesn't seem so sure, though. On Thursday morning, she posted (and soon deleted) a photo of a bloody heart with a dagger in it on her Instagram account. Carmelo has said that the woman in the photo is married. He also said: “All them bloggers that’s trying to put that out there, that s - - t is not cool at all,” he said. “That’s not cool at all . . . The only reason I’m addressing this is because this is affecting my family now, and you got me out here looking crazy. Usually I won’t address this, but I had to address this.” Who is Carmelo Anthony's mistress?
1. South of France
Carmelo Anthony was kicking it on a yacht in the south of France. He was chilling with a woman with serious curves who was not La La Anthony. Now, let's be real, in the photos, Melo wasn't all up on her or anything. The two just happened to be on the same yacht and that was enough for the internet to go wild with speculation.
2. It was La La's birthday
The photos hit the internet on Tuesday, June 25th, which also happened to be La La's 36th birthday. Now, we're not saying that couples need to be together 24/7 but what was Melo doing in the South of France on a yacht with a woman who isn't his wife on his wife's birthday?
3. This isn't the first time
We can understand if La La is feeling a bit insecure. After all, it was just two years ago that Melo was cavorting with Mia Burke and allegedly got her pregnant. If La La isn't feeling all the trust for her man, well, Carmelo should look to his own behavior. La La and Carmelo split in 2017 because of that side dalliance. They reconciled in 2018 and reportedly have been working on their marriage.
4. The woman
Well it turns out that La La can breathe a sigh of relief this time. Carmelo took to social media to clear up any confusion and it appears that the woman in question is not just married, but her whole family was on the yacht at the same time as Melo. He said: "[The woman in the picture is] married, man. [She] don’t got anything to do with anything. Y’all exposing somebody’s wife, y’all exposing somebody’s kids, all of that. Come on. Leave that alone, man, that ain’t cool! Now I got to deal with that. I got to deal with that with my son, I got to deal with that with my wife. That ain’t cool, man.”
