When it comes to the Kardashian clan and their hangers-on, the drama is never ending. After all, isn't that why we all tune in? This week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians revealed some doozies. It amazes me  this family can keep any details out of the press — I mean, the stuff happening in this episode went on in real life months ago! The biggest bombshell of the week was when Khloé claimed that her ex and baby daddy Tristan Thompson threatened to kill himself after cheating on Khloé with Jordyn Woods.

1. Khloe's migraine

HA! We're not talking about Tristan Thompson, though he certainly isn't helping Khloé's migraines. At the beginning of the latest episode, 34-year-old Khloé was telling her family bout the super-intense migraines she was having before she found out that 28-year-old Tristan had cheated on her (Again. We have to add that.) “I get really bad migraines, but they keep increasing more and more. Some days I feel great, I don’t have anything at all. But them some days I am just blindsided by them,” Khloé said.

2. She thought she might be pregnant

Talk about a migraine! To find out the father of your infant cheated on you with a friend of yours and then suspect you're pregnant with another one of his kids. Khloé thought her migraines might indicate that she was pregnant. In a show of solidarity, Khloé, Kylie and Kris all took pregnancy tests together. Fortunately, none of them were pregnant. “I am happy that I am not pregnant, but now I do not know why I am nauseous all the time. I almost wish that I was so that I would know why I am always feeling nauseous,” Khloé said.

3. This is the episode where Kholé found out about Jordyn

It was during this episode that Khloé found out that Tristan Thompson had cheated on her (again) with her sister Kylie's long-time BFF and roommate Jordyn Woods. In a confessional, Kris Jenner said: “Kylie and Jordyn have been friends since they were in middle school. They live together and Kylie’s house. Jordyn and Kylie are as close as you can get. It is really tough when you go through a major betrayal.”

4. Tristan's threat

Tristan admitted to cheating on Khloe with Jordyn via text message. Khloé told Scott Disick that Tristan texted her: “’I can’t stop thinking about you and what a mess I have caused." Reportedly, it was in that series of text messages that Tristan said he was going to kill himself. Khloé texted one of Tristan's friends, Savas, in Cleveland and asked him to go check on Tristan. Savas called Khloé and said: “So I get to the house and the door is locked. I banged on the door and said, ‘Why is Khloé saying you are trying to kill yourself?’ He was like, ‘I’m good,'” Savas told her on the phone.

5. Suicide threats are not a joke

The drama of the Kardashian universe aside, when someone threatens to kill themselves, it should be taken seriously. The simple truth is: we never know what's going on with someone else. Your sunniest, most positive friend could be dealing with depression, thoughts of self-harm, and thinking about suicide. Pay attention. Check on your friends. And, most importantly, if you are having thoughts of killing yourself, please reach out. You are needed in this world. There are people who can help you, confidentially and anonymously. Call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.
