Police have arrested a women in the Robert Kraft prosititution case. Shen Mingbi is a 58-year-old woman who allegedly performed a sex act on the New England Patriots' owner with another woman at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa. According to authorities, Mingbi was in a massage room in Florida with Kraft on January 19, 2019. The encounter was recorded on a surveillance camera. The recording shows Mingbi and Lei Wang with their hands on Kraft's penis. Who is Shen Mingbi?
1. Her arrest
Jupiter Police arrested 58-year-old Shen Mingbi of Flushing, New York on charges of one count of deriving support from prostitution and eight counts of offer to commit prostitution. She was released on a $5,000 bond and had to surrender her passport and agree to not work in the spa or massage industry.
2. She was under surveillance
The police had Shen Mingbi under surveillance in February. At the time, detectives saw her make a cash deposit at a branch of Bank of America in Jupiter, Florida. Police then obtained a wage report on Shen. That report did not show any income reported to the State of Florida. A search warrant was obtained for her safety deposit box at the bank. Police found $43,800 in cash, all $100 and $50 bills, wrapped in plastic wrap.

3. The second arrest
Mingbi's arrest was one week after police arrested 43-year-old Lei Chien on eight counts of offer to commit prostitution. Both women are accused of providing sexual services to men at Jupiter's Orchids of Asia Day Spa. Police seized about $2,900 from Chen's accounts at JP Morgan Chase Bank.
Shen Mingbi. Look it up. Just happened today. They should be charged with extortion. If they REALLY cared about these women they would not contribute to the abuse and bullying they are experiencing. I feel so sorry for these women.

4. Human trafficking bust
The Orchids of Asia Day Spa busts are just the tip of the iceberg in an enormous human trafficking bust that covers several counties in South Florida. The eight women range in age from 27 to 58 and most are Chinese nationals. Ruimei Li, Lixia Zhu, Hua Zhang, and Lei Wang were running spas in both Palm Beach County and Martin County. Lanyun Ma, Junhua Dong, Yan Xu, and Yaping Ren were involved in several spas in Indian River County. The women are facing felony and misdemeanor charges including maintaining a house for prostitution, engaging in prostitution, deriving support from prostitution, racketeering and money laundering. Most of the charges don't carry more than a year in prison. Most of the women are looking at three to five years in prison. Racketeering and money laundering have the stiffest penalties of up to 30 years in prison.
