The simplest things like making your man smile after he’s had a rough day are all it takes to make your heart all giddy.
Ladies and gentlemen, it can take a toll on you knowing your man is upset about something, whether it is a work or personal situation. It’s hard knowing that he’s upset and there’s not much you can do to fix it.
Just doing one simple thing a day can make him smile or lift their spirits. Maybe it’s a hug, some comforting words, or just your presence that will lighten his day and vice versa.
But sometimes it’s hard to read your significant other’s mind and you don’t really know what he wants, especially if you’re just starting a relationship with him. There’s a lot of trial and error before you really understand what gets his eyes twinkling.
Happiness can be a fleeting emotion and difficult to obtain if you’re stuck in a down-spiraling rabbit hole. When your partner feels sad, you’ll feel the repercussions too. Even if one of you guys aren’t feeling happy that day, it can lead to arguments and petty stand-offs. It’s important to at least try and avoid what ticks the other person off. Instead, focus on doing things that make him, and you, happy.
Using astrology to understand at least the baselines of what will make your man laugh in glee doesn’t hurt. If anything, it’ll strengthen your relationship because he’ll appreciate you for going above and beyond to make him happy. Remember, happy partners mean a happy love.
Here is what makes each zodiac sign jump up for joy or at least crack a smile:
1. ARIES (March 21 — April 19)
Challenge your Aries man to his favorite sport. He’ll appreciate you for spending time with him doing his favorite thing. Allow him to get his mind off of a work or personal issue that is bothering him as he focuses on winning a game of basketball or tennis.
2. TAURUS (April 20 — May 20)
Take a walk with your Taurus man through a garden. The Taurus sign is known for his love of the arts, which includes reading, painting, and gardening. However, a Taurus can be quite lethargic by nature, especially if he had an exhausting day. Settle for walking through a garden and admiring the different species of flowers, which will help ease his mind.
3. GEMINI (May 21 — June 20)
Take him to a trendy, new cafe downtown. It doesn’t take much to make a Gemini man happy, especially if you know how to push the right buttons. Your Gemini man loves everything about the city and what it has to offer. After you take him to the new cafe, walk around and explore book stores or boutiques. His heart will certainly be full of happiness by the end of the day.
4. CANCER (June 21 — July 22)
Plan a night in with your Cancer man. It’s quite easy to please a Cancer man. All you have to do is plan a night where you arrange a cooking session and a movie. When a Cancer feels unhappy, all he wants to do is stay in and relax.
5. LEO (July 23 — August 22)
Take your Leo man out to a bar. A Leo is at their happiest when they’re being the life of a party and all the attention is on them. He loves socializing and being surrounded by people so plan for a night, or two, of Happy Hour through the week.
6. VIRGO (August 23 — September 22)
Set-up a painting class with your Virgo man. Your Virgo man loves hobbies that allows him to use hands such as, cooking, embroidering, and painting. Whether you choose to spend a night in painting or go to a painting session, your Virgo will be happy as long as he’s getting his creative juices flowing.
7. LIBRA (September 23 — October 22)
Take your Libra man to a salsa class. The Libra sign enjoys dancing, so learning a new dance routine will get his spirits up. Plus, he’ll enjoy your company as you guys salsa together.
8. SCORPIO (October 23 — November 21)
Have lunch together during work. Your Scorpio never gets tired of seeing you, which means a surprise visit to his workplace with a bag of his favorite cuisine is sure to bring a smile to his face. Quality time together never hurts.
9. SAGITTARIUS (November 22 — December 21)
Take a hike through the park together. Your Sagittarius man loves nature and exploring the unknown so hiking through a national park will make him all types of happy.
10. CAPRICORN (December 22 — January 19)
But him a new book to read. When your Capricorn man is upset, the best way to make him happy is to give him space. His way of meditating is being indoors and doing things like reading. So buy him a book, which he’ll appreciate you for thinking of him and let him have some alone time.
11. AQUARIUS (January 20 — February 18)
Gift your Aquarius man a game that stimulates his mind, like a puzzle or book of riddles. Aquarius is a sign that loves intellectual things and he’s often fascinated by how things work, which is why a lot of Aquarius are tech-savvy. Your Aquarius man will appreciate the thoughtful gift and he’ll be so happy to solve what’s coming next.
12. PISCES (February 19 — March 20)
To make your Pisces man happy, all you have to do is sit down and listen to him. Most Pisces hate when people do not listen to them, which really gets them down. Just knowing that your all ears to your Pisces man’s problems and stories will lift his spirits. He’ll even love you more for it.
