Last year, Jessie James Decker slammed users on Instagram accusing her of getting her pre-baby body back with plastic surgery.

In March 2019, the country star posted a photo on Instagram of her and hubby Eric Decker in bathing suits while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, enjoying themselves on a boat. And people had a lot to say about her body in the comments section.

Decker, 31, is still living it up with her NFL star husband and their three kids, 5-year-old Vivianne, 4-year-old Eric, and one-year-old Forrest, no matter what people have to say about her body. She has proven time and time again that criticism from random people won't bring her down.

Decker welcomed baby number 3 in March 2018 and did not shy from those dissing her body that she has worked hard for over the last year. So, did Jessie James Decker have plastic surgery? Here's what we know.

1. Did Jessie James Decker get plastic surgery? People have left all kinds of comments about her weight.

After Decker posted the photo flaunting her post-baby bod, users blamed her weight loss on plastic surgery rather than good old-fashioned hard work.

Some said there was no way she could look that good after giving birth without surgery. Others said she had to have at least some work done on her body. "She had a lot of surgery done it don't look cute," one user commented. 

2. She played along with their accusations.

“What did she have done?!?” a user replied to a comment about the singer-songwriter getting plastic surgery.

Decker was not having it with the haters and decided to chime in. “Yeah, I’m wondering the same thing,” she replied, followed by the crying laughing emoji.

3. She denied having any plastic surgery done.

Decker has been very open about her body's journey throughout her three pregnancies and her openness didn't end when her kids were born. 

She took to her Instagram story to explain to her followers that she did not have any plastic surgery. She also added that, no, she did not have her stretch marks covered up. She was one of the lucky moms who did not get stretch marks during pregnancy.

In January 2019, Decker took to Instagram to tell her followers that she has felt lots of pressure to lose weight after having kids:

“I know you’ll see a lot of people in the public eye and they drop weight in what seems like five minutes after having a baby and I think we all feel like we should live up to those expectations. I’ve even been guilty of that myself and thinking I need to rush and lose weight two months after having a baby when I see all these skinny girls post-baby, but that is just not realistic for the majority of us.”

Decker went on to say that her goal is to be fit, rather than skinny and her progress is due to properly educating herself.

“I have been every shape and size over the last 4 1/2 years from having children and never had to worry about losing weight until I had kids,” she continued. “I had [a] good metabolism and had always been that way before. Having children definitely changed everything and I’m so blessed and grateful to have my babies as y’all know, but it definitely can test your self-esteem when you are used to looking and feeling a certain way. I got up to 165 pounds with my first baby and being 5’1, it was really hard on my frame and I definitely struggled self-esteem wise.”

5. She's on the South Beach diet.

Decker has often attributed her success in maintaining her goal weight to the South Beach meal plan, which features high-fiber, low-glycemic carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, and lean protein.

She uses the meal delivery service for breakfast and lunch, but makes sure dinner is a meal everyone can enjoy. “I might have South Beach for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner, I’m gonna make something for my family that we all can eat," she said last year.
