Who Is Tone Kapone? New Details On Phaedra Parks' New Boyfriend

Phaedra Parks has a new man and he's not afraid to tell everyone about their relationship. Remember, Phaedra's ex-husband was sent to prison, so this new relationship with radio DJ Tone Kapone has to be a breath of fresh air for Parks. He appeared on Dish Nation alongside Parks' former Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Porsha Williams. He was grinning as he admitted that "me and Phaedra are dating. See? I told everybody. Now can’t we just go back to our regular lives?” Love is definitely in the air. Who is Tony Kapone?

1. They celebrated New Years together

Phaedra kicked off the New Year with her radio host boyfriend Tone Kapone in Chicago. The 45-year-old mother of two celebrated with her new man at The Bureau Bar. The couple looked great in the photo Parks shared on her Instagram. He was wearing a black suit. She was wearing a low-cut red dress. She captioned the photo, "2019 here we go."

2. Three months

New Years Eve was the first time Parks and Kapone went public with their relationship. They have been dating for three months. This is also the first public relationship since Phaedra divorced her ex-husband Apollo Nida.

3. Phaedra's praise

Last month, Parks gushed about Kapone to People. She kept his identity a secret saying: “I have a special guy that I’ve been seeing. I’m really excited. We haven’t introduced him to the world but he’s a baby doll. He looks like a treat because he is a treat. He’s a great guy.”

4. Phaedra's ex

Fans of RHOA know all about Phaedra's marriage to Apollo Nida. They got married in 2009 and had two sons together, Ayden 8, and Dylan, 5. She announced her intention to divorce Apollo in 2014 shortly after he began an eight-year prison sentence for fraud and identity theft. In 2016, Apollo got engaged to Sherien Almufti. She posted a video of Apollo singing I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas on Christmas Day and captioned it: "Awe my baby...a classic video, we'll be updating this soon. #merrychristmas from our family to yours. Meanwhile, Parks told People, “We have two beautiful sons together/ I’ll always be grateful for that. I’m hoping he will get married to whomever he is engaged to, honey, and he will be out of my hair.”
