It appears that one celebrity couple decided to ring in the new year by making their relationship official. We're talking about Trey Songz and Lori Harvey, who've been making us wonder are they or aren't they really dating for a while now.
Fans have been wondering if the famous rapper and Steve Harvey's stepdaughter have been paired up since they were spotted out in Beverly Hills shopping together back in early December of 2018 — and now it seems as though they've got their answer.
Songz and Harvey were once again seen together on New Year's Eve and this time, the two weren't afraid to indulge in some PDA while spending the holiday together.
Despite being a recently formed couple, the rapper and Harvey already have their fair share of more questionable details surrounding their relationship.

1. They spent the holidays together.
Songz and Harvey seemingly spent both Christmas and New Year's with each other. Around Christmastime, the pair were seen shopping together and also spending time at a club in Los Angeles. But, it wasn't until New Year's Eve when the singer and his new boo really appeared to make their romance official.
Songz was in San Francisco performing on New Year's Eve and Harvey was spotted holding onto him while he sang. Songz even seemed to confirm the relationship himself after Harvey reportedly appeared in one of his Instagram stories from the same night.
2. Did Songz already cheat on Harvey?
The rapper's coupling with Harvey may be very new, but it's already been afflicted with cheating rumors.
Adult film actress Brittney Jones reportedly revealed to The Shade Room that she had been seeing Songz while he was already connected to Harvey. Jones claimed that the singer had started contacting her through her social media to pursue a relationship. She also alleged to be pregnant with Songz child, even posting ultrasound photos to her social media with claims that the baby belonged to the rapper.
Songz himself seemingly took to his own social media in what appeared to be responses to the allegations. He posted a photo to Instagram of a woman's foot, which many assumed was Harvey. He also sent out a few tweets, one of which included the words "stop texting me please".
Jones eventually shared her own thoughts on their alleged coupling. “I think I was nothing to him. I was played like a fool. But I thought we were dating,” she reportedly told The Shade Room.
3. Harvey was previously engaged.
Many may not have known that Steve Harvey's stepdaughter was already in a pretty serious relationship before Songz. She was actually engaged to Memphis Depay, a Dutch professional soccer player.
Harvey was only 20 years old when she got engaged to Depay in June 2017. The couple was quick to take to social media with their excitement about the engagement and even Steve Harvey sent out a tweet about it.
However, the couple apparently weren't meant for a happily ever after as they subtly called off their engagement not long after it happened. Harvey stopped being seen wearing her wedding ring just a few months after the engagement and the couple eventually stopped posting about each other on social media altogether.
4. Songz isn't the only famous rapper that Harvey has caught the eye of.
Harvey once attracted the interest of another well-known rapper. Rapper Meek Mill famously mentioned her in his "Going Bad" lyrics, which fueled rumors that the two had a relationship. However, Mill put the speculation to rest after he revealed in an interview on The Breakfast Club that he and Harvey were not romantically involved.
