Earlier this month, the Trump administration announced the nomination of Heather Nauert to be the US Ambassador to the United Nations. If confirmed, Ms. Nauert will succeed Ambassador and former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley in the role. Haley announced her intention to resign in the fall of 2018. Who is Heather Nauert and who is Heather Nauert's husband?

Ms. Nauert has been working in the Trump administration since April 2017, when she was hired to be a spokesperson fot the Department of State. That was her first ever job in government, having previously worked as a television journalist. Immediately prior to coming to work for Trump, she had been a host on Fox & Friends. Before that, she worked at ABC news.

5. Low profile

Norby doesn't have much of a presence on social media himself. Nauert is active on Instagram but keeps her posts more about work and travel than about her personal life. That doesn't mean Norby is invisible; Nauert is more than happy to show she loves her husband and father of her two sons.

Despite the different public roles Nauert has taken, Norby seems content to stay more private. That will probably remain true as the family returns to New York for her latest job.
