Lele Pons, born Eleonora "Lele" Pons Maronese, is known for her Vines, becoming the most followed and most “looped” individual on the platform. She was even the first Viner to reach one billion loops!
Though Vine shut down in 2016, she has since found further fame on YouTube, where she has over 10 million subscribers. She continues to make funny videos for her fans, and certainly doesn’t disappoint with her over-the-top personality.
But since she's so well-known, fans couldn't help but wonder: did Lele Pons get plastic surgery?
A few years ago, the internet started to swirl with rumors that she had gone under the knife and gotten cosmetic surgery — again. And we have the Lele Pons plastic surgery photos to prove it.

In 2015, she took a break from making videos to get a nose job. On Twitter, she apologized to her fans, explaining that the reason she'd been absent lately was due to recovering from the surgery.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Pons admitted, “A year and a half ago I decided to do something I always wanted to do since 13, and finally got a nose job. Do what makes you happy and comfortable; this is me before and now.”
In a separate post, she wrote, “Yes I got a nose job! I believe that you should do whatever makes you happy and feel confident. this is something I always wanted to do and waited until the right time to do it! It was my own choice. The important thing is that you don't change who you are inside!”
Apparently, her desire for plastic surgery didn’t stop there, because her “after” photos aren’t just from a nose job. Though she’s only ever admitted to one surgery for her nose job, she credits the rest of her transformation to puberty and being glammed up.
The social media star often shares before and after photos with her almost 40 million Instagram followers. In a throwback photo that she posted for Father's Day 2018, many fans were quick to point out the differences in her appearance in the before and after shots.
One fan wrote, "Oh wow! How many surgeries have you had? You look so different." And another seemed to agree, saying, "That’s some money well spent on that face, huh?"
What do you think? It really does seem like she’s had fillers of some kind on her lips and face, and though that doesn’t technically count as plastic surgery, you have to wonder if she had the help of professionals to get her new look.
While she may not be a mainstream socialite or celebrity like Kylie Jenner and Gigi Hadid, she still faces the same kind of scrutiny. So, the upside to this is that she’s changing the way we perceive people who get plastic surgery.
There’s nothing to be ashamed of — as long as you are happy with yourself. And honestly, she looks stunning either way.
