As if you weren't already completely sick of Farrah Abraham, she's back — with yet another breast job. Well, sort of. The former reality star has actually already had three (yes, you read that right).
And what better way to extend her 15 really annoying minutes of fame than sharing the entire surgery on social media?
In 2015, Abraham went under the knife to increase her breast size from 650cc to 800cc, claiming that her previous two surgeries had caused "horrible burning and pain issues." Not too bad a reason to get another breast augmentation... except she had cameras set up to film the entire thing.

Right. Because that's what normal people do. Everyone join me in a serious eye roll.
She also made sure to document the whole thing on her Instagram page, with multiple photos of the results.
In one photo, she and her doctor are looking in a mirror, and Abraham wrote the caption, "The Doc Checking out his work like. Best breast reconstruction surgeon."
In another, she's shown teasing her followers with the results of the surgery, adding the caption, "The unveiling! postop Check out the interview on @entertainmenttonight see what the best brand of implants are right now."
So, in other words, she basically wanted to show her followers literally every single step of her journey.

Despite this being her third augmentation, she has gone under the knife for quite a few other procedures. In fact, Abraham is probably more well-known for her numerous plastic surgeries than she is for her stint as a reality star on the infamous show 16 And Pregnant, as well as its spin-off Teen Mom.
In the past, Abraham has gotten a nose job, chin implants (which were later removed), lip fillers and cheek fillers, and Botox, all starting before she even left her teenage years. But even though her lip fillers ended up being a botched procedure, that obviously hasn't turned her off to more surgeries.
She's also gotten procedures done to her backside, and has had more than one vaginal rejuvenation.
In 2018, Abraham was back at it once again with another breast job — except it really wasn't that. Of course, she had to share on social media and uploaded a video to Snapchat to let fans in on her latest plastic adventure.
She said in the video, "Hey, ladies. I've been wanting to do this for a really long time, scar camouflage, after my surgeries. A surgery, then we're all done. It is like natural and brand new."
Although she referred to it as a surgery, the point of scar camouflage is to cover up scars from previous surgeries, and is not to be confused with an actual breast job (regardless of what Abraham may think). Now, if she could just focus on being a good mom...
