Getty Is Blake Lively pregnant with baby number 3? Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have two daughters under the age of three. Could the Gossip Girl actress be pregnant with baby number three? She was absolutely glowing when she attended the premiere of Deadpool 2 with her husband in New York City two weeks ago. Her choice of a black gown with a giant bow led people to think that she could be attempting to conceal a small baby bump. Let's take a look at all of the details we know so far.
1. She has two daughters already.
The 30-year-old and her 41-year-old husband have two daughters. Inez was born in 2014 and James was born in 2016. With that kind of spacing between her first and second kids, 2018 would be the time to have number 3!
2. She may be in her first trimester.
A source told OK Magazine that Blake is in her first trimester so only their family and close friends know about the reported pregnancy.
“They had talked about having more kids but didn’t have a plan — so this is surely a shocking but very welcome development."
3. They want a big family.
Blake and Ryan have made it clear they want a big family, so it would make sense they'd be trying to have more than two kids. In 2016, she told the Today Show that she and her husband wanted to have more than two kids. Blake is one of five kids. Ryan is one of four. They are used to being a part of a big, loud, loving family.
4. Family comes first.
Blake may be a successful and famous actress, but she considers her family her primary priority and job.

Whether Lively is pregnant or not, Blake is set to resume filming The Rhythm Section in June. Production was halted in December when Lively injured her hand during a stunt. The movie is being filmed in Dublin, Ireland.

Blake and Ryan often hilariously troll each other on Twitter. Blake has been promoting her upcoming film A Simple Favor in which she plays Emily, a woman who disappears from a small town. The tagline for the film is "What happened to Emily." Reynolds wants to know too. When he asked, he also admitted that Blake drove herself (and him) to the hospital when she was in labor.
