Blac Chyna’s assistant died Wednesday after being taken off of life support, and her family is suing the entrepreneur.

Chyna’s longtime assistant, Lorena “Patty” Hernandez, suffered a brain hemorrhage in January 2016 while at Chyna’s Lashed Salon in Encino, The Blast reports.

She was rushed to the hospital but the brain bleed caused her to slip into a coma.

Hernandez showed signs of recovery but her condition quickly worsened after two more brain hemorrhages.

She was left brain dead May 14. Her family decided it was best to take her off of life support. Hernandez’s husband made the decision to donate her organs after she died.

The source explained that her organs “were completely healthy” and her husband wanted them donated “so that she can give the gift of life to other families.”

Now, Hernandez’s husband is getting ready to file suit against Chyna for abusing his wife and not providing the compensation she needed after her health declined. He didn’t go into detail about the abuse his wife allegedly suffered.

“Remember when the news broke and she said she was helping [Hernandez] and she was helping the kids and everything? She never did,” a source close to Hernandez told Page Six.

Chyna had previously stated she would help her assistant out by taking care of her three children but the source claims she didn’t follow through.

“I mean all she pretty much did was spread the word and reach out to her baby daddies, so she felt like, ‘That’s how I helped,’” the source continued.

The rapper’s baby daddies did start a GoFundMe page for her medical expenses. Rob Kardashian donated $10,000 and Tyga gave $5,000 to help pay for all of Hernandez’s medical bills, according to Page Six.

The source also told the outlet that Chyna never even visited Hernandez in the hospital.

“[Chyna] has never ever been [to the hospital],” the source claimed. “She was only there the first day when they found her at Lashed, but the only reason she came to the hospital was to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information to anybody. When I got there they didn’t even want to give me information because she gave them the order not to say anything. After that, she never came back."

The source said that Chyna “did reach out to try to work something out, but the lawyers said not to go along with it and just to let them handle everything. So I guess she just got really upset and called and she was just being horrible.”

Page Six reached out to Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley, who had no comment.

One of Chyna’s longtime friends told Hollywood Life that Chyna would never do such a thing and was “heartbroken” over recent events involving her assistant.

“Blac Chyna is heartbroken over Patty’s death, she loved her,” the friend said. “She was so close to Patty and her kids and did everything she could to help so it’s just crazy to her that people would be trying to put blame on her. The rumors of the lawsuit and the anger being directed towards her right now are a total shock to Chyna. She genuinely doesn’t understand how or why this could possibly be blamed on her. She’s praying for Patty’s family and praying this nasty rumor about them suing her doesn’t come to pass.”
