A popular YouTuber could face jail time after he filmed himself giving Oreo cookies filled with toothpaste to a homeless man.

The victim was recently identified as 52-year-old Gheorge L.

According to reports, Gheorge became sick after he ate the cookies.

Ren, 20, is facing a charge of crime against moral integrity in Barcelona where he's based.

The YouTuber — whose channel boasts over a million subscribers — filmed himself scraping the white cream center out of an entire pack of Oreo cookies. He's seen then replacing the filling with toothpaste and putting the cookies back into their original packaging.

He handed the man the Oreos and some money.

"Maybe I’ve gone a bit far, but look at the positive side: this will help him clean his teeth," he said in the video. "I think he hasn’t cleaned them since he became poor."

Gheorge said he didn't know Ren had a big online presence before he became sick.

“I got sick after five minutes and threw up,” he said, also claiming that he has never been treated so poorly while living on the streets.

Spanish prosecutors are seeking the sentencing as well as €30,000 — which is $37,000 USD — in compensation to the man.

Ren deleted the video and then allegedly tried to visit Gheorge with the intention of spending the night with him. He had a camera with him and a witness called the police.

Prosecutors said Ren offered Gheorge €300 — or $371 — to keep quiet about the incident.

Police also claim that they've heard that Ren once attempted to feed sandwiches filled with cats' excrement to children and the elderly.
