Sometimes, life sucks. We all get that way; that heavy feeling in your gut where you’re just not happy. Maybe there’s nothing that’s even making you unhappy, you’re just in a rut that you can’t seem to get out of.
You reminisce about the times when you felt happiest, wishing you could just go back to being that carefree girl when the world was SO much bigger.
Then life happens.
And you get sucked into daily routines and the same lunch every day and life just feels bland. You want to quit your job or leave your deadbeat relationship or follow your secret passion no one knows about, but you just feel lost.
What’s the point? Happiness is sometimes the hardest thing to obtain in our lives, even though it’s always all around us.
In our friends, our passions, our relationships; happiness is SO close, yet so far away. So why is it that it seems we get so lost in life, happiness is unattainable? Distractions, stress, anxiety, failing; these are the things that hold us back and keep us from reaching our full potential for happiness.
We run from the things we truly want to do, because we fear that failing will feel worse than having never tried, which is SO not true.
