Manipulation is shamelessly having control over a situation or another person. Sounds pretty bad, right? 

I can’t recall a time where I consciously manipulated someone close to me to influence a significant outcome that was favorable to me, but that doesn’t mean I haven't been manipulative before.

I also can’t recall a time where I feel like I have been manipulated by someone close to me. Maybe I’m just oblivious to that type of thing. Or maybe the person doing the manipulation was just so good at it that I never even noticed.

Among Cancer’s few weaknesses is the fact that she can be manipulative. She’ll never want to admit it, but it’s true. But she’ll only go to these extremes when she thinks it’s for the best.
