Everything's A Competition For These 4 Zodiac Signs

For some people, competitiveness is as natural and essential as any other quality. Whether they want to race you to the car every time or challenge you to a “friendly” game, these types of people always make it seem like a little competition is just for fun until they go out of their way to crush you.

If you’re not a competitive person at all, this constant need to one up each other can be exhausting.

I mean, no one wants to inhale their lunch every day just because your competitive friend wants to see who can finish first.

As someone who eats slower than a sloth moves, I can already tell you I’d lose every single time.

But when you think about it from their point of view, being competitive is just something they’re good at. It’s not so much that they like watching others lose (but that could be part of it), but more so that they like being on top.

And being competitive isn’t always a bad quality to have, either.

In fact, being a competitive person means that you are always looking for dynamic at work, constantly pushing yourself at school, or going out of your way to reach your goals, which, if you ask me, is pretty darn impressive.

Plus, when you really think about it, if these people weren’t competitive at all, they probably wouldn’t really be themselves, would they?

This quality is what makes them who they are, much like your zodiac sign explains why you are the way you are.

So, while the most competitive zodiac signs are really just very uber-determined people, I definitely wouldn’t volunteer to go head to head with them anytime soon… not unless you’re ready to lose big time.

1ARIES (Mar 21 - Apr 19)

Aries loves competition because she always gets what she wants anyway, so why not make it a little more fun? But even though Aries can’t say no to a little friendly competition, she’s never in it to make the other person feel bad, especially if she’s competing with a friend.

Aries is most competitive when it comes to her career. Once she has her eye on the end goal, there’s nothing you can do to shake her of that concentration.

She’s not necessarily one to step all over people to get what she wants, but she isn’t going to be nice about it either.

Leo only ever thinks about herself, which is why she turns to competition when she doesn’t get what she wants.

Chalk it up to the fact that she loves drama or just because she hates losing, but Leo is a fierce competitor. She might say it isn’t true, but Leo does not know how to dial it back once she gets in the zone.

Scorpio gives it her all no matter what she does, so it isn’t any wonder that she is incredibly competitive.

One thing Scorpio asks when dealing with competition – friendly or otherwise – is that it stays clean. Since she isn’t a huge fan of cheats and liars to begin with, she will most likely look down on you if you try to play dirty during competition.
