Bad days, we all have them.

There are so many reasons for bad days and so many different ways we respond to things not going our way.
Maybe your significant other forgot to do something you reminded them to do a hundred times. Or maybe it’s just that time of the month where you’re way more moody than you like to admit.
Whatever the reason, bad days happen to the best of us and there’s not much to do but react and try to move on.
One thing we can all agree on is that there’s nothing worse than someone else telling you that you’re in a bad mood while you try to insist there’s nothing wrong.
I hate when others can tell I’m not at my best or that something is really eating me away.
While their intentions are good I just don't like to let my insecurities show.
What are we doing that is giving away that we’re having an off day? Is it our body language? Is it something we said or simply how we’re acting?
How can we cover up when we’re not acting ourselves?
The thing is, maybe we cant hide how we react to a bad day because maybe our reactions are programmed into us from birth.

Maybe we can’t hide our insecurities and our feelings because astrology has already decided how we will handle life’s ups and downs.
It’s great to fall back onto our zodiac signs to reinforce our positive traits we love to show off, but it’s also good to know how our traits may change when we’re in a bad mood or having an off day.

Aries is someone that everyone looks to for guidance, her confidence is hard to ignore and she is known to lead the way.

She wont race to volunteer herself to take on big responsibilities and Aries will even pass up recognition where she knows it’s well deserved.
Taurus (April 20- May 20)
Taurus friends love her because she’ll make plans with them and wont cancel last minute.
When Taurus is not acting herself she may realize she’s looking for ways to back out of her responsibilities and plans.
She may even find herself being short-tempered and snapping back at the people she is closest to.
While others may think a Taurus seems to still have it all together, she may feel insecure and a like she has a lack of control over her life.

Gemini (May 2 - June 20)
Social might as well be her middle name! Gemini love to talk and talk about anything.
It can be about the latest celebrity gossip, telling a funny story, or discussing a serious matter going on in her, or her best friend’s, life. She is great at expressing herself and lives for communication.
So when Gemini go quiet people will notice.
While it’s normally hard for anything to get Gemini feeling really down, it does happen. Without a voice she may act lost and unsure of what she’s doing.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)
Cancer is strong, loyal, and sensitive. These aren't traits that change when she isn’t acting herself, so it may be hard to notice.
Cancer will continue to put her friends and her relationships before her own problems, often not letting on that there is something even wrong.
She will often look to deal with her problems on her own.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)
Like a lion, Leo is known to be bold, confident, and extremely passionate. With traits like these, it is easy to tell when she is not acting like her normal self.
Leo never wants to admit insecurities, but the truth is on days when her confidence is lacking she begins to doubt herself and her strength.
There will be a clear change from her normal positive energy, to a quiet and more contained attitude.

Virgo is clever and can often navigate her way through the toughest problems life throws at her. But that doesn't mean she doesn't have her off days.

She even begins to show some of the traits that she normally tries to hide including her sensitivity and her heavy criticism of herself.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)
Libra is normally social and full of joy, constantly smiling and surrounded by her best friends and loved ones. If Libra is alone, avoiding plans and people, it is clear that she is not acting herself.
It’s not that Libra doesn't want help with her problems, it’s just that she can be so hard on herself sometimes and she doesn't want anyone else to see her so unlike her normal and happy self.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)
Scorpio is a strong and fierce individual but even with traits like these she still manages to be calm and cool around her friends.
When things go wrong in Scorpio’s life, you’ll know. While she doesn't like to show weakness, when Scorpio isn't acting herself, she will show it by becoming emotional.
It may be best to stay out of Scorpio’s way while she’s dealing with her emotions, no one is safe.
But once she works through it she will regain her calm and cool composure as if nothing had gone wrong at all.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarius likes to be in control of everything around her but especially herself. But with great power comes great responsibility, and Sagittarius takes all the responsibility.
When she’s not acting like herself, Sagittarius can be found being super harsh on herself. She sees being in control as also taking the blame when things go south.
Normally things will blow over and she’ll get back to her confident and strong self. However, if Sagittarius doesn't look to regain control something is definitely still off.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn works hard in all aspects of her life to make sure she achieves the success she desires.
This means she is serious, responsible, and disciplined about her family, her job, her love life, and her friends.
When Capricorn isn't acting like herself, her passion for success begins to slip away.
It might be easiest to tell she’s not herself by looking at what is going on in her career, which is the first area of Capricorn’s life that is affected on her off days.

Aquarius hates to show her emotional side so it can be hard to tell when she isn't quite acting herself.

She might go as far as full crisis mode until the problem is resolved.
