We get it — sometimes, people take jobs they're not interested in due to money. But this doesn't mean you can't try to make it work for you.

WNQ-Astrology shares with us how people cope and find happiness in their jobs, based on their zodiac sign. Each sign has aspects of their personality that thrive at certain points in the workplace.

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

Independent go-getters, Aries is usually the head honcho in their chosen field. If not, they're most likely the employee who takes charge — and everyone knows it and lets them. They know that Aries is the one person they can trust to get things done smoothly and in order. Aries basks in the opportunity to reveal their natural ability to lead.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

Unlike Aries, Taurus is a follower, not a leader. They also love stability, and unexpected situations can throw them off their game. Nonetheless, as long as Taurus is allowed to do the tasks their own way, they're sure to get it done. Due to their stable nature, they aren't thrilled at the prospect of possibly leaving their job, so they tend to pour effort and hard work into their tasks.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

If there's anything that Gemini is known for, it's for their energy and adventurous streak. They love a challenge, and receiving challenging tasks at their job stimulates their mind. They're also extremely communicative because they love to talk, so they're that one employee who can make everyone's otherwise boring day into a party. As long as a Gemini is challenged, staying in one job isn't so bad for them. 

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

Emotional Cancer will often be in a field where feelings are allowed to run wild. They constantly worry about themselves and others, which, in a professional setting, can be their biggest asset or their biggest downfall. Sometimes shy and insecure, Cancer makes up for it by their ability to adapt quickly to a situation, so surprise tasks don't throw them off.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

Confident and ambitious Leo loves being praised and recognized for their work. They will always double up on efforts, especially if the task has benefits at the end of it. Working alone on a task allows them to put their own personal touches. When working with others, Leo is the most likely to take charge and head the project. 

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

Although Virgos tend to be skeptical and doubtful of their skills, they make up for it by being the most reliable employee. They have a schedule and they follow it to the T. Since they're the most meticulous of the signs, Virgos tend to be the person everyone at work goes to for small tasks, because more than often, Virgos will make sure that it gets done. Nothing is left unfinished with a Virgo around.  

Libra (September 23 - October 22)

A people-person who thrives in social interactions, Libras are often found in jobs that involve plenty of people to interact with. They excel the best in group projects, and because of their diplomatic nature, they keep peace and order so the group can get the task done. 

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

Scorpios are passionate workers, and this prompts them to be in a field they live and breathe. You would rarely find a Scorpio in a job they have no passion for. Unlike Libras, they aren't social butterflies and tend to be mistrustful of others, so they do their best work when working alone. 

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)

Unlike Virgos, Sagittarius doesn't have the patience for menial tasks. They prefer the big, challenging, and if possible, a job that allows them to travel. They aren't huge fans of stability either, always preferring to change their daily routines and being surprised with something new. You will find them in a career that's constantly moving and changing. 

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)

Resourceful Capricorn is always ready to tackle a task. Like Taurus and Virgo, they have a meticulous schedule that they follow, and aren't huge fans of changes in routines. But Capricorn also has an independent streak. Like other independent signs, they prefer to work alone or be the leader of the task, because taking charge is when they do their best work. 

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)

Aquarius is witty and clever, so they thrive in a work place where their ideas — both serious and ridiculous — are welcomed. However, due to their rebellious streak and drive to go against the status quo, it's difficult for an Aquarius to work on a task with others. They believe in their own ideas and stick to it, no matter what. As long you leave them alone and refrain from telling them what to do, Aquarius is the most task-driven of the signs.

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)

Although Pisces is one of the most sensitive of the signs, they're also one of the most observant. This observant nature, plus their creativity, gives them the advantage in the work place, because they can think outside of the box. Due to their adaptable nature, they can easily work alone or in a group.
