Father's Day is coming up (June 15) and we're celebrating the ever-changing family dynamic by taking a look at our favorite LGBT dads in Hollywood, like Neil Patrick Harris, Ricky Martin and more. 

Some of these dads are raising their children with partners while others are parenting on their own. Whatever the situation or circumstance, these das are incredibly present in the lives of their children.

We hope their little ones gift 'em with Old Spice, ties, and lots of love on the day reserved for dads!

1.Ricky Martin: The single and hunky singer has his hands full He is livin' la vida loca in an entirely new way as dad to twin sons Matteo and Valentino, born in 2008 via surrogate. 2.Neil Patrick Harris: Not gonna lie, but NPH is probably our fave celeb LGBT dad The actor and his partner David Burtka, who've been together since 2004, are parents to twins Gideon Scott and Harper Grace, born via surrogate in 2010. This! We love everything about this family. Look how happy they are.

3.Matt Bomer: The incredibly handsome Magic Mike actor and publicist Simon Halls have three sons, including a set of twins (noticing a theme among these LGBT dads?) These adorable babes were born via surrogates.

4.Tom Ford: The designer and director and his longtime love Richard Buckley have a son, Alexander John Buckley Ford, born in What a regal name, right? The fashionable family lives in Italy. Hopefully they have a lovely Italian Father's Day.

5.Perez Hilton: The gossip guru, known for his feuds and spats with celebs, softened quite a bit when he became father to his namesake son, Mario Armando Lavandeira III, born on February , 2013. Little Mario was conceived via donor egg and delivered by a surrogate. Say what you will about his bloggin' and controversial daddy, but lil Mario 3 is presh.

6.BD Wong: The actor and his former partner Richie Jackson had twin sons in , but Boaz Doav died 90 minutes after birth. Jackson Foo Wong survived. They were born via surrogate, using Wong's sperm and the egg of Jackson's sister, so they had both men's DNA.
