Montana Fishburne Might Go To Jail For Porn

Montana Fishburne's birthday present to her dad just keeps getting seedier. Now we've learned, via The National Enquirer, that 19-year-old Montana, who revealed July 30 that she would be appearing in a hardcore film from Vivid Entertainment, was arrested last year for prostitution and that taking money for sex violates the terms of her parole. Montana has insisted in interviews that the arrest was for trespassing, but her lawyer and court documents confirmed to the Enquirer that she pled guilty to prostitution last November. Prostitution: A Recession-Free Gig?

Montana's lawyer, Sammy Weiss, told the Enquirer that she pled guilty to avoid jail time, and received two years' probation. Having sex for money violates the terms of the probation, and Weiss says she could get six months in jail for that. Of course, Lindsay Lohan just went to jail for all of two weeks for violating her probation about seven billion times, so maybe Montana shouldn't be so terribly worried? But Laurence should be. A prostitute claiming to be a friend of Montana's tells the Enquirer that she was working the streets for more than a year (which means she might have started as a minor, probably the reason she didn't get locked up for that first arrest) at the behest of her boyfriend, Jeremy Greene. The prostitute, named Nene, says that Laurence cut Montana off, so she moved in with Greene's family, and he talked her into both prostitution and porn. What's New In The World Of Sex For Money

If that's true, it's incredibly sad. While we're of the opinion that consenting adults should be allowed to do just about anything they like, and that includes make and distribute pornography, it doesn't sound like Montana is coming at this from an entirely stable place. We feel sad for everyone involved except Jeremy Greene, who sounds like a slime.
