Rumor has it that LiLo's sex tape does exist and that it will soon be coming to a website near you.

Remember when Lindsay Lohan's home was burglarized over the summer? After LiLo tweeted that "electronics weren't taken…just things that a certain old friend knew meant a lot to me," the rumors began flying that one of those things might have been a sex tape. How To Make A Sex Tape
Nothing ever came of those rumors and the possibility of Lindsay's sex tape was nearly forgotten—until now. The UK's Daily Mirror is reporting that there definitely is a tape and that LiLo's co-star, a "waiter with a well-known chain restaurant" (let's just hope it's not Chuck E. Cheese), is currently shopping it around. An unidentified source calls the 47-second tape "dynamite" and says, "If and when it is released on the Internet, via a spurious, unofficial Web site, there is absolutely nothing she or her lawyers can do about it."
That source doesn't sound like the brightest bulb. The last thing celebrities are is powerless. If the tape does get out, she could at least sue the waiter. Even if she couldn't stop the tape's distribution, she could pull a Paris Hilton and sue for a portion of the profits, which she could then give to charity as a means of rebuilding her reputation. But really, the poor girl's rep is so damaged at this point that a short, grainy amateur porn video can't possibly do that much harm. Lindsay has tried to shrug off the sex tape rumors, insisting that she's cleaned up her act. Not helping her case? Partying with the very orange cast of Jersey Shore during a Wednesday night launch party for Vida, a line of "luxury pleasure objects," while rocking a mostly-open blouse and no bra.
