1. Wide-Legged Forward Bend (Upavistha Konasana)
Start standing, with your legs about three feet apart, and slowly raise your hands above your head. Keep your feet flat as you bend at the hip and touch your hands to the ground in front of you. As you gain flexibility, you can move from your hands to your elbows, and if you’re feeling daring, you can rest your head directly on the floor in front of you.
You should feel the stretch in your inner thigh muscles and the burn in your shoulders.

2. Happy Baby (Ananda Balasana)
Start by lying flat on your back. Without allowing your tailbone to lift from the floor, bring both legs up straight. As your legs get higher and higher, it is natural for your knees to bend. Focus on keeping that tailbone down and pulling your feet further — don’t worry about the knee bend. As your body gets used to the stretch, your knees will straighten out.

3. Cat to Cow (Marjaryasana and Bitilasana)
Start on all fours. Roll your shoulders forward and follow the roll down your whole body so your head and your butt are tucked forward and your back is arched like a cat’s. Take a deep breath, exhale, and roll your shoulders back, following the roll through your chest, butt, and head. End in a pose facing upward, with your stomach arched down and your butt sticking out. Inhale, exhale, and return to the first position.

BONER BONUS: Have your guy kneel behind you for a similar penetration to the Wide-Legged Forward Bend. If you’re feeling extra daring, use this position as a starting point for a little bit o’ 69. 4. Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
Start standing and raise your hands above your head. Bend and touch your hands to the mat or floor in front of you. Slowly walk your hands forward until your hips form a 90-degree angle. Flex and release your feet to feel your calf muscles stretch.
BONER BONUS: Have your guy place his feet on either side of yours. You’ll feel smaller and he’ll find increased stability and control with this position.
5. Bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
Start lying on your back with your knees bent slightly further than 90-degrees. Keep your arms straight at your sides. Push your butt off the ground until your body is straight, and hold this position for five seconds. Remember to breathe while holding, and repeat. You should feel the burn in your thighs and butt.
BONER BONUS: Have your man kneel between your legs for a fun twist on missionary. This position will allow your guy to hit those sometimes forgotten spots that lead to a super intense orgasm. 6. Chair Pose (Utkatasana)
Start standing with your feet flat on the ground and your arms lifted straight into the air. Lower them so they are parallel to the ground and squat until your knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Make sure your back is straight and perpendicular to the ground! Use the weight of your arms in front of you as leverage while you bend your knees. You should feel the burn in your thighs and lower abdomen. Hold for a minute to build endurance, or hold for five seconds and repeat to build muscle strength.
BONER BONUS: Have your man sit in a chair behind you and bend your knees to sit in his lap. To make it a bit easier on your thighs, use his knees for support or have him put some of that hunky arm muscle to work by helping to lift and set you down.
