He is an astute Human Resource practitioner with 18 years’ experience in the fields of leadership and organizational development as well as talent management. Based on this experience Tex is today the Managing Director of DreamsMadePossible based in Meyersdal, South Africa. He is a certified life & business coaching professional. He is a registered member of COMENSA (Coaching and Mentorship South Africa) and a member of Professional Speakers Association of South Africa.
His passion is to help organizations rise above the ordinary through their people. He empowers people transform their mindsets to live meaningful and rewarding lives.
Tex derives inspiration from pulling himself out of a bleak credit record of 15 judgements against his name, beating substance abuse and rising above poverty to pursue his dreams.
